    I signed my lease with Zion Group Realtor for the address ************************************************************************ on December 7, 2020 and began moving in December 8, 2020. This included a $1,000.00 deposit and $800.00 for first months rent. After dealing with many issues with the house and bad communication with the owner **** and my property manager ****, I moved out august 31, 2022 signing paperwork with **** after he did the walk through of the home before turning in my key. He told me it would take 45 days to process the deposit. It took almost a week of contacting him for him to finally respond on October 19, 2022 (50 days later) telling me he is mailing out my check deposit with a breakdown of the moving out expenses. He refused to call and communicate with me about the deposit amount and so I just waited for the check in the mail. It has now been *********************************************************************** the mail. He has now blocked my number and no one will answer any of my calls or messages.

    Hi, I have just been informed that *********************** who lived in one of our rental homes at ******************************************************************************* had filed a complaint against ZION GROUP PROPERTY MANAGERS claiming none return of her security deposit. He was just being impatient because we have mailed out a check to him at *******************************************************. ** *****. *********************** had since cashed the checked by reason of our account being debited with value and image of the said check Please clear and exonerate ZION GROUP PROPERTY MANAGERS, its managers, assigns or successors of any guilt, liability or negative implication this complaint may have on our public profile as a matter of urgency. It was needless to file the said complaint in the first place. We have never held on to any tenant's security deposit unless the related tenant had caused damages to the property when living in our homes beyond regular wears and tears.
