We were purchasing a used mobile home from *********************** at D&J Homes. It was used and had issues but *** promised to fix things for us. It needed a furnace, a shower or bath, and new electric wiring throughout the house, plus he said he would get rid of the black mold problem. He never fulfilled that promise. We have already paid him $7001 for this house and we put $4000 into this house out of our pocket. We woke up one morning and the electricity was out in half of the trailer. He didn't want to fix it. *** had told us that he would buy it back for what we had put into it, but now refuses. We even offered to take less, as long as we get at least some money back. He still refused to pay us back. We feel as though they should at least give us the $4000 that we put into this place because it made this place better.
