    On November 14, 2023, I contacted Rossi Construction for an estimate on roof repairs for two areas of my home. On November 15, 2023, **** ******* replied with Proposal No. ***** and Proposal No. *****. On December 11, 2023, I reached out to move forward with Proposal No. *****. Mr. ******* stated that half of the contract amount would be due upon signing, scheduled for December 12, 2023.On December 12, 2023, we signed Proposal No. ***** to remove and repair a 12 x 17 EPDM rubber roofing system on my sunroom. I gave Mr. ******* $1,250 in cash, which was noted on the receipt for Proposal No. *****. Due to inclement weather, Mr. ******* indicated in writing that the work would start approximately on April 15, 2024, and be completed by May 31, 2024. A $1,250 deposit, recorded as #******, was paid on December 12, 2023.Throughout 2024, multiple calls were made to Rossi Construction in the spring, summer, fall, and winter regarding this matter. To date, Rossi Construction has not provided the contracted roof repair service. On November 5, 2024, I sent an email to **** ******* regarding a breach of contract, but received no response. On November 15, 2024, I mailed a Breach of Proposal No. ***** via Certified Mail: 7021 0350 0000 7032 5069.On December 5, 2024, Rossi Construction returned my call, acknowledging their failure to schedule the roofing work and stating that a refund check for the $1,250 deposit would be issued. However, no refund has been provided to date.

    We entered into a contract on November 15th, 2023, at which point Mr. ****** gave us a deposit of $1,250.00 via a **** transaction approval number 893935.  At this point, we could not complete his project due to the weather.  We have an approximate start and completion date for said contract, but we could not set that time frame.  This is why we agreed with Mr. ****** to refund his deposit.  He contacted our office and was informed that we received his refund request and the check would be sent out on December 10th.  The check had been issued and sent. He could be receiving said refund anytime. It's unfortunate that he did not give the time allowed for delivery via mail for this refund when making this complaint!

    A $1,000.00 deposit was made on 9-24-23, the work was to start with an app roximate date of Jan 2024.Due to Rossi being behind on jobs, it wasnot started until April. Six new stair treads and risers .Upon completion of the job Rossi Construction was paid the balance., which was another $1.000.00 dollars as stated in the contract. Shortly after installation the stairs had a very loud squeaking sound. I called the office they sent the guy back out to access the problem, he stated the stairs needed some more support and he would have to put some screws in them. He put screws in but the stairs were still squeaking.he stated that was the best he could do. After calling the office several more times leaving messages with no response, waited a day or so finally spoke with ****. asked her to send someone else out to see if they could solve the problem. I was told it would be more money. I was told that **** the boss would give me a call. Still waiting.

    We have rectify the problem the customer was not pleased with. She was happy after our worker went and fixed her concerns.
