  Me and my family arrived around 845 to eat a supper together on January 7 2023, there is a sign with store hours posted on the door 6 am to 10pm is their hours, while we are eating a woman who I assume is the manager comes to my table and real rudely says the lobby is closed and I want you out by 930 so I can clean. My wife informed her of the hours on the door she says you could have went thru the drive the lobby closes at 9. Very rude person. There's nothing that says the lobby closes at 9 and the door was unlocked and she took our order at the counter. And her staff members were in the grill and ice cream area throwing boxes at each other cussing and being very loud. Also had a bunch of teenagers sitting on the freezer and counter tops. It's very unprofessional and I would like to see something done about this.

  Business Response The store closes at 10 but lobby does close at 9pm. anyone coming in before lobby closes is always welcome to stay as long as they wish. The employee was not the manager, the manager. The employee was out of line by making the statement. The employee was dealt with on this matter. Actually, all employees were spoken to concerning their behavior. I have called the customer and left message to make sure that they are aware that we will make this right with them.
