Purchased a truck back in 2019 through dealership was told that was going to receive information from first financial Bank of *********** about the account number and a booklet and where to send the payments never received anything had to call before the payment was due in order to get the account number and the information on where to send the payments still fighting with them now the truck is paid off as of 2022 now trying to get the title I called and talked to someone and they said to talk to a person in the loan department that handles titles I left a message still no call back. called today 6/10/2022 and wanted to speak to a supervisor had to leave message still no call back as of yet not very happy with this company at all going to lawyer is the next step.

The customer in question paid off her vehicle in late May 2022. As noted, she reached out to the Bank on 6/10/22 regarding receipt of title. Bank policy is for the title packet to be sent out via **** 10 business days after payoff, to ensure that all payments have cleared and there are no other encumbrances to releasing the title. The title packet was mailed on 6/7/22, so it is unlikely by the 6/10/22 date she references that she would have received it yet. The Indirect Lending Supervisor reached out to the customer on 6/13 to discuss her concerns and the timeline of when her title was mailed and we hope that she now feels the situation is resolved.Customer Response

It is June 20th and I still don't have the title to the truck that is paid off. I contacted the bank on Friday to obtain the tracking number that was mentioned in the above statement that it was sent by **** They told me on the phone that there's no tracking number and it was sent out in the mail. And to call back in 2weeks if I haven't received it. I think the next step is to go to my lawyer.
