    We brought our fifth wheel in to be repaired in October of 2023 after water damage had occurred.There were also other items that they brought to our attention that should be repaired. The total bill for these additional repairs was *******. They were supposed to recaulk the whole trailer. This was )not completed, as there was old caulk, and gauges, and areas that were never caulked, We bought this to their attention, and showed them pictures of the incomplete job, and they refunded us ******* for the caulking not being adequate. They were also supposed to replace any seals on the slides that needed replacement. When we got home, and extended the slides, the new seals they had replaced were not even stuck to the trailer. We again provided pictures, and they came to you home and supposedly fixed those. Also, we had a leak in the bedroom from faulty seals that they w)ere supposed to have replaced. They said we had a bad floor in one of the slide outs, and had to replace the floor in that area. When we got it home, the slide was rubbing on the kitchen floor and buckling the vinyl flooring. We had to take our fifth wheel elsewhere (8.14.24) to have the seals and the slide/flooring issue fixed, which cost us an additional $3171.86. They replaced the brake bearings, and rotors and pads. We requested part numbers several times and never received them.

    Sorry for the late response we have been out for shut down and just started back up today.
    I am not 100% on why you are having an issue, you had brought to our attention some things you were not happy with and you also accused us of issues that we could not have done. You had informed us you had bought the REDWOOD unit used and it needed some things done. We acted on your concerns and Drove to there place of residency The owner ***** and I cleaned up and re-did the work that was questionable. You were also were re-imbursed for that part of the work that was done you were not happy with. After we finished there we were told everything was good and you thanked us for coming there and fixing the issue. Then the problem that you thought was caused by us on the side of the unit, you showed it to a paint shop and they informed us that what we had done would not have caused the issue and that was from an older previous repair and you informed of this. On another note we offered to take another look at the slide out floor and you refused - note the slide out floor we was put in the exact same way the last one had been in your unit.
