    I was promised in writing via text and emails (along with numerous phone calls) by different individuals with this company that I would receive a $90,000 line of credit (6 year term on APR between 8.58% and 14% depending on personal credit) and all I needed to do was sign up for their merchant service account that would then link into my QuickBooks and connect with the monthly ACH processing in order to "secure" the line of credit. After three months of trying to get the line of credit started with them I was finally contacted by the merchant service provider they work with and told there was never a line of credit available. The merchant provider allowed me to cancel with them. However, this is an illegal bait and switch tactic and everyone who was promised a line of credit I believe is legally owed the funding immediately as promised. It appears that our company was not the only one promised funding without it being provided. Since the line of credit was all we needed, this entire processes disrupted business operations for months and cost me legitimate funding for the business.

    This company will claim that they can offer you a line of credit if you use their service, that didn't happen I said Okay it is what it is, I'll cut the losses and pay $156 a month. I've been randomly charged larger sums of money on top of that, I never signed up for anything like that. Stay far away from these liars and scammers

    From the begining of this business relationship getting promised a line of credit that did not happen and getting shipped equipment that did not work and getting no support, no return phone calls or text and having money taken out of my account with no service and no support. If I ran my business this way I would be out of business. What a horrible shame of how you represent business. To those of us who sacrifice everything to do right be people in our small business you are an embarressment in the worst way.

    I do not understand why so many bad reviews because these people called me and showed me where my current 3rd party sales office was over charging me and they set me up and I love them. I am glad I listened and did the change because my billing is where it should be being that I am a small to mid sized business. I highly recommend these people to any small to mid sized business out there

    THEY ARE AWFUL, CALLED UP ACTING LIKE THEY WERE MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY, NEXT THING I KNOW THEY ARE CHARGING MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR USES, I HAVE NEVER TURNED IN ANYTHING TO THIS SO CALLED COMPANY, I DON'T HAVE A CREDIT CARD MACHINE OR ANYTHING I REPORTED THEM TO *********** PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSIONER BBB SHUT THESE TYPE BUSINESS DOWN! THEY ONLY HURT BUSINESS

    I failed to do my due diligence before I signed with them. They are holding $4000 of our funds due to a clerical error about our processing limit. They could either deposit the funds into our account or refund the money to our client. They are steady asking us to provide a bank statement. We will not do that per legal counsel or banking institution. **************** is horrible. We have been in business for over 21 years and never had this problem with our other company. It is a good thing we ran them side by side as we are done with them. They want us to refund the money then send them proof we did it so they can release the funds. Just return the funds to our client. They are the worst company as no one has common sense. It would appear you would try to help your customer Us rather that make the process difficult. We were told it was a clerical error from the beginning about the limit but they refuse to correct it.

    I wish I had read the rest of these reviews before I got involved with this company. They were deceptive and miss lead me to believe their Point Of Sale merchant service machine would work with my online scheduling system It did not! The rep ****** was either clueless or a LIAR. They said they would send me a cancellation contract, and a return label, which they NEVER did. I called the supervisor daily for three weeks, but he would not answer my calls, nor would he return my calls. They continued to charge my account every month. Not even my bank could reach them! When I finally reached the **** department, I was told it would cost me $700 to cancel the contract. I had no other choice but to pay it. Run! Do not use this company. You will pay dearly. They are 100% deceptive.

    04-16-23 Payprotec About 2 months ago I was contacted by payprotec telling me they could save me money. I had been with ********** processing company for about 12 years and had no issues.Payprotec said that I was paying retail (through **********) for credit card processing and that they would only charge me $1.00 per $100.00 of sales, instead of $8.00 per $100.00 dollars.It was a bit confusing changing the terminal processing from ********** to Payprotec. It was about $400.00 to get the payprotec terminal set up.After about a month I did not see any change in the cost, it even seemed more. Their statements were extremely complicated.Suddenly, I started to get scam sales and I contacted payprotec and I could see that my Fraud line Pro security was intervening and cancelling the fake orders. Payprotec also had velocity controls which would stop so many of the same attempted purchases. They agreed and we kept the terminal open.I got a couple of calls from people saying that their Cash App was getting hacked by Dansha Farms (my company) but it was stopped. These people told us that three companies were being attacked mine and two others. The cash app people were quite understanding and sympathetic.I contacted the Madison County Sheriff to advise them and to let the public know if they had cash app to change their password A few days later I received a phone call from Payprotec telling me that my gateway for credit card processing was permanently shut down.I contacted ********** that I was with for ************************************************ and opened my old terminal.Then I opened my bank account as I do every day and on 04-03-23 $3879.99 was removed from my account for processing fees. I was floored. I went to my bank, and they could do nothing. The bank said to stay with ********** as the bank uses them and they are quite reputable. what happned to velosity controls?
