I originally filed a claim against Just lift it LLC on 12/29/2021 through my bank. I hired this mechanic to install a new clutch kit, slave cylinder, slave cylinder hose and resurface/ replace the flywheel. Original appointment was 11/18/2021 and work to be done on 11/19/2021 and picked up.Parts had not been ordered to work on the vehicle until 11/22/2021. I received a call on 11/23 that it would be done that day so we went to the shop to pick it up and it was not done. It was not ready to pick up until 12/2/2021.I went to pick up the jeep on 12/2/2021 and it died on the way home, got it re- started and barely made it home (5 miles). I called the shop immediately and they came to pick it up and had issues leaving with it.Just lift it had the vehicle until 12/13/2021. Called them several times between those days and was told waiting on parts or another vehicle came in that had to be worked on. I picked the jeep up the evening of 12/13/2021 and drove to work on 12/14/2021 and it died 2 times on the way in. I called the shop once they opened and told them it still was not correct. They asked me to have it towed to them and I asked if they would pay the tow bill (they did pay it via a warranty claim on the new part) they worked on it 12/14/2021. I picked the jeep up on 12/15/2021 drove it around the shop and it felt ok for the block I drove it. Once driven up to speed and down the road I could tell it wasn't correct still.I have not driven my jeep since 12/15/2021. I do not trust the the shop to attempt it a 4th time. I had to put my jeepnin another shop ( kennys transmission in Greenwood $1850.30) they had to redo and replace all the parts due to Just lift it doing it incorrectly/ incomplete.
