    In December of 2021 we purchased an ****** btu Furnace from the company. No problems occurred within the 1st 2 years however in early January this year (1/8/2024) we started having problems with it not kicking on when required. Visit #1 on 1/8/24 they stated that it was a loose 12 pin ************************ was needed so we paid for this service. Within a couple of days it started not kicking on again, they came back and tried something else no charge however within 2 hrs of leaving we had to call back with the problem again- At this time they told my wife that a component was needed that is under warranty. 1st estimate was for it to be replaced Friday (1/19) but a snowstorm caused delays however when we called back on the following Tue. they stated it was on back order and would be about 2-3 weeks, No follow up calls or communications from the company, i called again after the 3 week wait and was told they hadnt received a text or heard anything yet, 2 weeks later after hearing nothing i called and was told aprox. 1 week, after 1 week of hearing nothing i called back and was told they heard nothing and would reach out to see where the part was. This was last Friday 3/29/2024 & still havent heard back. We are having to Heat our home with space heaters for over 2 months now & do not feel this company is working to fix this. I was reluctant to find a better reputable *** but this is a warranty part that should be convered 100% per the company. I would like my furnace repaired or replaced as soon as possible and feel this company does not care or is not working to close this issue. THANKS

    This business finally fixed the issue with no cost to me and we believe the business was not at fault as parts were hard to get.
