    I do not have a client by the name of ******* *******. I have no clients in ************ we are in ******* and my company is not Gemini Pro. We prepare taxes and do bookkeeping and payroll.

    I have recently started investing into crypto and was told Gemini was a secure company. I invested some money into *** with the intent to send to my hardware wallet. Every time I try to send I am denied and a notification pops up saying that I have a security hold on my account and to contact Gemini support. I have tried emailing them but am unable to get proper assistance or responses to my questions. I cannot even send small amounts to my hardware wallet. I am concerned that I have been scammed and am unable to withdraw my purchases. I have also used other companies to purchase crypto, but I have never had this problem with them like I do with Gemini. I would like to transfer my crypto to my wallet by having the security hold removed, or receive the equivalent in funds if possible. I looked up the problem online and saw that this is a common occurrence. A comment said that they reported to the BBB and they were able to withdraw their funds. I would greatly appreciate any assistance with this to recuperate my funds in any way. Thank you

    I created an account with ******************** years ago. In 2021 I believe. I have some Shiba and Doge crypto in my Gemini account/wallet. I haven't accessed my account for a couple of years. Last night I tried to sign in, I wasn't able to sign in due to the fact my phone number has changed and I am unable to get the sign in code by SMS.I contacted gemini. I told them I can not access my account for this reason. They responded by telling me I need to sign in and complete the "know your customer" process.I'm pretty sure I did that when I created my account in 2021. But it DOES NOT MATTER because I can't sign in to do the *** or anything else.I contacted gemini again and once again explained I can't sign in to do *** or anything else due to the fact my phone number has changed and I can't get the sign in code. Gemini responded by once again telling me I need to sign in to do the ***.I don'y now if gemini is playing games with me. Maybe they stole my crypto? All I know is I have an account there, they acknowledge I have an account, but they refuse to do anything to help me access it. They just keep giving me the run around by telling me I have to sign in when they KNOW I CAN NOT SIGN IN to do *** or change my number or anything else WITHOUT THE CODE THEY ARE SENDING TO A PHONE NUMBER THAT IS NO LONGER VALID.This seems to be a classic case of a business giving me the run around in order to prevent me from accessing my account and my crypto currency.
