    Purchased a vehicle at the end of January 2021. We were told that the vehicle came with a set of wireless headphones. They were unable to locate them so promised to find/order a set and get them to us. We live 3 1/2 hours away from the dealership. Nov 2021, notified that the headphones were in and they would be sent. Dec 2021, we still did not have the headphones. Jan 2021, contacted dealership again but no response. Feb 2022, drove to dealership asking for headphones but told none were available and they would order, then send the headphones. March 4th 2022, notified by text from salesman, Adam, that headphones were in and he would send them. As of today, headphones have not been received. Throughout the 14 months, we have made multiple calls to the dealership to get resolution but have had minimal follow through by the dealership and no updates. Contacted on March 24th and told the salesman is no longer at the facility but this person would find out what the status was and call back on the 24th or 25th. No return call. Called facility on March 25th and left message for Chris, the general manager with no return call. Called again March 28th and 29th leaving more messages for general manager with no return call. Would like set of wireless headphones as promised and noted in the "WE OWE" paperwork from the sale. We have taken this vehicle on multiple 2000+ mile trips and are disappointment to not be able to use the features of the vehicle in the manor which we hoped and were sold on. Such a great experience when we bought the car to have it sullied by poor follow through and communication failures.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/05) */ Mary ******** did in fact purchase the vehicle mentioned and was to receive a set of headphones. Due to some personnel changes, they were not shipped out. I spoke with her on 4/4/22 and ensured they were sent out via overnight delivery and she is happy.
