I ordered four color variants of the same product, based on the photos shown on their website when ordering. One of the four was meant to be a light tan/beige color based on the photo on the site — the product I received was a very deep yellow/gold. A clear difference in product and a clear error on their end in falsely advertising the wrong color with an incorrect photo in their listing. When trying to get the issue resolved, I was met with nothing but "the item you received is correct" due to the item number/name being correct, despite the product received clearly being different than what was shown in the photo online. I submitted multiple photos showing the clear error and kept being told it was correct and or that it was just a "dye variance" — I'm sorry but this is not dye variance. No option to speak to customer service on the phone. No resolution to the issue after numerous emails and live chat. Having to open a claim with their Norton guaranteed purchase in order to get a refund without paying money to correct their clear error should not be my only option.

Order was delayed 3 times and I couldn’t modify the order due to it being in progress. I was not notified when some of my shirts were not in stock until I contact them twice about the status of my order. Each time my shipment was delayed because more shirts went out of stock somehow. I received my shirts a whole 2 weeks later. This happen to me about a year ago and I said I wasn’t going to order from them again. But this time they were the only company “that said” they had the shirts I wanted in stock. Sonic crossed my fingers and gave them a shot. Well that didn’t go well.Review from Michael M

The quality of the shirts and color were great unfortunately the shipping was delayed by over 10 days and the shirts arrived late. Since the order was "in process" I wasn't able to adjust the order and ended up having to order shirts from a different company which I received in 2 days. I love this site, and use it often, but shipping isn't the most reliable.Epic Sports Response
