            We had a photo session schedule on 10/29/23 that had to be rescheduled due to weather. Photos were rescheduled for 11/5/23 @ 4:30. Photographer texted on 11/5 and asked to reschedule to 5:30. At the start time it was nearly dark. We asked if we needed to reschedule, and she said no it would be fine. We only received 18 minutes of the prepaid 30 min session and it was dark 10 minutes after starting. She was taking photos with a spotlight. I had to pay for the photos the day of the session and before receiving the proofs. I received proofs on 11/28 and immediately emailed that they were not acceptable due to lighting and multi other issues. It took weeks for her to respond and then only because I suggested I would contact the BBB. She asked to reschedule which I gave multiple dates. After the lack of response to those messages, I emailed on 12/16/23 asking for a refund. She replied on 12/17/23 and stated a check would be mailed the following day. I emailed again on 1/12/24 asking for the check to be mailed with no response.
