I went to Aspen dental on State Avenue mid November of last year they worked out a treatment plan for full dentures, top and bottom. The bottom was gonna be a partial. They could save part of my teeth for the partial I’ve gone back for every appointment they’ve tried to increase the price that it’s gonna cost me this last time I went to get my permanent partial on the bottom after almost a year and they told me that it would be an additional 900 and some dollars I got upset with her and walked out and I’m gonna proceeded to care credit which Which has my that I make payments to four dentures I’m gonna reach out to them because I don’t I’m not satisfied at all. They’ve got a sign on the wall 100% guarantee happy satisfaction and I’m just I’m done with they’ve gone through three office managers since I’ve been there they didn’t want to give me my permanent upper I had to fight for that , they said I didn’t pay for a permanent upper the one they gave me was supposed to be was supposed to be my permanent denture and I had documentation from the first gal that did my treatment plan that said right on it that this was only a temporary and I would get my permanent after the swelling went down from pulling my teeth, so I am so dissatisfied with them. I’m gonna go after them for a refund and For whatever else I can get I’ve invested almost a year. I still can’t eat with my bottom teeth they are for appearance only way my permanent was done they would not give it to me before I paid the $907 so that’s where I’m at so I’m making this claim. Thanks

I was seen at Aspen Dental, **** ***** **** ****** ***** ** *****, on July 14, 2023, paid $157 for a future Endodontist appointment to address an infected root canal/crowned tooth. I was given antibiotics, however missed the Endodontist appointment due to my work schedule. The tooth developed an abscess by July 26, 2023, requiring aspiration at a hospital ER. I called Aspen Dental on July 27, 2023 requesting an emergency dental appointment to address the infection with extreme pain. The office staff wanted me to wait a month for the next Endodontist availability instead of scheduling a dental appointment. The conversations with the staff became heated resulting in their termination of services. The office manager processed the refund on July 27, 2023. Another email was sent on August 8, 2023 indicating that the refund will be handled by Aspen Corporate. According to a phone call with Aspen Corporate on August 16, 2023 the refund is pending the insurance claim to be processed. Aspen Corporate will not accept proof that the claim was processed by my insurance. Incidentally my infected tooth required extraction from an alternate dental office by an oral surgeon on August 3, 2023.
