    On 1/23/2025 I purchased a $40 XXL Ohio State National Champions Tshirt for my husband at the *********** Rally House location. The shirt ran small and didn't fit. My husband tried to return the shirt to the location with the receipt. He was told the manager said they will not return a "hot item" shirt. Nowhere is this posted in the store nor on the receipt. I attempted to call customer service and left a message to get no return call. So now we are stuck with a shirt that doesn't fit because of a return policy that doesn't exist. This is very poor customer service. Buyer beware... this store does not honor their return policy.

    Purchased online 3 items December 2, 2024. Shipment promised within 10 days. After several weeks of no change in shipping status I reached out to Rally House and cancelled the order. There was no problem on their end since the order never shipped. Was promised a credit. No credit as of Jan 15th. The original order was $ 119.29 (less -$7.99 and less -$ 37.10) and with applied credits the amount they owe me is $ 74.20. I contacted Rally House again and the agent did indicate that a credit was due. To date I have not received the credit. Today, I received a notice that my order shipped!!!!. I a was provided with an email indicating the order was cancelled, however that does not appear to be the case. The actual credit due is 74.20. I have received a partial credit (on shipping and one item) Email sent Dec 15, 2025 Please do not reply to this email. M-F from 8am to 9pm CST, Saturday 9am to 6pm CT or Sunday 10am to 6pm CT Per your request, you order 9701443 has been cancelled and you have been refunded. Depending on your financial institution, the credit will post to your account in 2-10 business days. Sincerely, Rally House Customer Service ************** **************

    Defective Hooded Sweatshirt and Inadequate Customer Service. This letter constitutes a formal complaint regarding a defective hooded sweatshirt purchased at *** ********** *** E Granger Indiana and the subsequent unsatisfactory customer service experience I received. On December 19, 2024, I purchased a hooded sweatshirt from your store for $64.99. After wearing the garment no more than three (3) times, the string loop detached from the sweatshirt, rendering the hood non-functional. This detachment indicates a clear manufacturing defect or a deficiency in the quality of materials used in the product. On January 14, 2025, I contacted your store by telephone to report the defect and seek a resolution. The supervisor ****** I spoke with instructed me to bring the defective sweatshirt to the store for evaluation. Upon presenting the defective item at the store, the same supervisor exhibited a dismissive and unhelpful attitude. She made an inappropriate analogy, comparing the defective sweatshirt to a partially consumed gallon of milk, thereby trivializing the issue of a faulty product sold by your establishment. Despite her initial reluctance to assist, and after a protracted and uncomfortable discussion, the supervisor offered a nominal $7.00 discount on a replacement sweatshirt priced at $75.00. This offer is unacceptable and fails to adequately address the sale of a defective product at full price. Under applicable consumer protection laws and principles, the product failed to meet the reasonable expectation of quality and durability for a garment of its type and price. I simply request a full refund for the defective item.

    Made a purchase of two jerseys on their website on 12/26. Jerseys were shipped separately. We received one jersey within a week. The second jersey is "lost" according the USPS (correspondence attached below). Value of the jersey is $130. Insurance only covers $100. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get help from this company. The expectation is to use their chat or call the 800 number. Neither is responsive.

    This place is AWFUL!! I ordered a hoodie online and they sent the wrong color. I have tried calling, you cannot get a person, just a recording that eventually hangs up on you. I have tried the text feature, and it has been 24 hours with no response. I have tried the chat feature, which cannot process anything. $93 and I cannot even get the correct hoodie!?! This was my first and surely last tie ordering from this place! I do not have an actual store within 50 miles of me to be able to return it in store. Scam artists!

    I purchased an order online ********* The drinking glasses were broken and the speaker did not work. Both items were returned and I have not received a refund. I have contacted customer service via phone and wait on hold for over an hour and never end up speaking to anyone. They give the option to text customer service and no one responds to my text messages. I receive a generic response someone will get back to me but no one ever does

    I ordered a Christmas gift (World Series commemorative glass for $24.89) on December 9, 2024, which was 3 days before their cutoff to have the product arrive by Christmas. On December 20, I noticed that my order was still in process and not shipped. I tried contacting them in four different ways over the span of 2 days. I emailed, used their text system, left a facebook message, and their online chat function. Each instance ended with an auto-generated message saying to leave my number, and they will get back to me ASAP, except the Facebook message which was never returned. It's been close to 2 weeks, and I've heard nothing from them. They totally ghosted me after taking my money.

    Placed an order December 5, 2024 for three items, two shirts and a coolie. Received the coolie on December 9, 2024 in a separate shipment while the other part of the order never shipped. The USPS tracking number provided stated a label was created and awaiting product. Rally House never provided an email stating the second shirt shipment ever shipped. Have tried for two weeks communicating the issue via Rally House Customer Service via Text/Chat box as the provided service phone number does not answer calls. The online customer service process has not responded after repeated attempts to either receive the order or refund my purchase. The tracking information and packing slip (see attached) state clearly the partial order was incomplete and have not shipped from Chicago. Just want the order completed or refunded at this point.

    I ordered two shirts on December 20. I paid $14.99 for expedited shipping which was supposed to ship on or before the 23rd. The item STILL shows that UPS doesn’t not have possession of my package. I have tried to contact customer service various ways with absolutely NO luck. I want to cancel this order. I don’t need the items anymore because the game I was going to was 2 days ago. I also want my entire amount I paid refunded. I paid extra for shipping and the items obviously haven’t even shipped, I definitely want a refund for that too. What kind of terrible customer service is this? Order number ********.

    I placed an order on 12/13/2024. It was “shipped” the same day supposedly. No tracking was available for days. Unfortunately, they address the package incorrectly. So then I got notices that is was undeliverable and would be returned. Since then it has bounced around various shipping facilities and is supposedly on its way to me. The problem is, no one will respond to the phone, recommended text or call back. So there’s no way anyone could have corrected the problem. 6 days of trying to communicate with them. No answer, no response. It’s clear they are not committed to resolve it this issue.
