Two weeks ago I ordered some teeth whitener through this company. My visa gift card was charged but I never received the product. Contacted them multiple times via phone and chat but received no response. To add insult to injury, shortly thereafter my purchase, my visa gift card information was stolen and used for the remaining amount on my card. This company is a SCAM and needs to be shut down immediately.Business response

I place an order with Dental Health Essentials on December 7th and have received no correspondence since, even after several emails and phone calls. The total charge was $99.98 for order *******. Ordered online 4 tubes of Opalescence 15% Mint whitening toothpaste on 12/15/2024. Total charge of $100.00 on my Visa ending in **** which shows on my bank account that it was processed. Shipping address: ***** *********** *** ***** ** ***** Cotuit, MA 02635 I have not received a confirmation email once order was placed. I have been trying to reach the company several times via their contact email shown on their company website as ******************* which bounced back, also through their “send us a message” section which I never received a response, as well as calling two phone numbers ************ *** ************ which only has a recording 24/7, without any response. I am looking to resolve this issue with this company by crediting my Visa ending in **** for the total charge of $100.00 which they did receive without receiving my order I placed. Hello again, I never received a confirmation email from this company, yet my first email showed up from them as attached in three segments showing a shipping status. Since I purchased the items from this company as gifts for Christmas and I did not receive any order confirmation or any responses to my calls and emails prior to a delivery status on my email on 12/22, I ended up purchasing gifts from another company to be sure I had gifts ready during my holiday visit. I picked up the delivery on 12/23/24 at the PO and will contact Dental Health Essentials directly for a return request for complete refund to my Visa ending in ****. I ordered Pro-den rx on December 1 2024 and have not received it. My credit card was charged $59.97. I have called Dental Health numerous times and get their answering service saying no one is available to answer my call and I should leave a message. I have left messages with no results. I left a message on their website and have heard nothing. Please help me resolve the matter.Business response

I ordered from **************** (Dental Health Essentals) 9/8/24. I placed 2 orders, one for $57.98 and one for $49.98. I received email confirmation if my order. My credit card was charged. I never heard anything else from this company, nor have I received my order. I’ve called and left multiple messages over the last week and emailed multiple times without response. I ordered some teeth whitening gel (***** *** ******) on 5.31.24. The status shows "Unfufilled." It was paid for ($25) by ****** ** * **** ****** Card. I have ordered from this company before, and never had a problem. After numerous attempts to both call and message them, they have not responded at all. I am at the point where I just want my money back, as I have order the product elsewhere.Customer response

This is to advise you that immediately after I contacted the BBB, I heard from Dental Health Essentials, LLC, the firm for which I entered a complaint (*********). After acknowledging their failure to follow through on my various attempts to contact them, they gave me options to resolve my complaint, including a full refund. I opted to receive the product I ordered and for which I had paid more than 30 days prior, and I received the product in a couple of days! I was fully satisfied, and there is no further complaint.
I must say, that this was the first time I ever contacted the Better Business Bureau to intercede on my behalf for my not receiving a product I had ordered and paid for, and the results were very quick! I was 100% satisfied with the results. I can’t thank the BBB enough! Thank you so much!

I ordered toothpaste from this company and two days after the order it said it was delivered. Obviously it was not delivered from Kansas to wisconsin in 2 days. It’s been over a week I’ve received nothing. Everytime I contact them using their website it says an error occurred. Everytime I call no one answers. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone from the company to even resolve the issue. My card was charged too despite never receiving my order.Initial Complaint

I have been buying ** ***** strawberry for 2 years from this company. And I got my recent tube in the mail, and the strawberry taste like melon is in a strawberry box and tube, and it does not taste like strawberry it taste like straight up melon.. I cannot use this and I have no idea if it’s even safe since the label doesn’t match the product. I have also been told that this product is only sold to Dentist so it might not even be real anyways I have no idea but I would like my money back on this one and may be a call back. There’s no way to get a hold of this company you can’t send them a message. It says error every time and you can’t call them just goes right to voicemail type thing, so there’s no way to get a hold of them which to me is very ridiculous after two years of giving them my money . I emailed customer service several times and left a voice message at DHE’s customer service line but no response. I want to receive my order or refund my $50 immediately.
