            They repeated called leaving me messages that they would help me eradicate back IRS taxes. After receiving almost daily calls I finally took their call. They scared me about the consequences of having back taxes due. So I agreed to their offer of assistance for hire. I am on SSDI and found out I do not make enough to warrant filing taxes on. I received calls from them that were very unprofessional and when I tried to return those calls I would get a message that everyone was busy at this time. No company name or how may “I direct your call” as you would expect from a legit company Then I began to investigate further and found multiple places where they were described as a “scam”. I went to my bank and presented what I had found out so far. The agency had already taken $200 from my account and I wanted to prevent further withdrawals. My bank exec called them and spoke with a man who was very rude. He immediately stated “we are not a scam. I am busy. We will refund his $200. And hung up. I have yet to receive my refund but they continue to try and call and now are texting as well. On 6/9/2023 I received a text from them and responded with a review stating they were scammers and I want my $200 dollars refunded as stated. In reply, I received a message in ALL CAPITALS stating not to text them again but to call only. The text was downright rude and I responded with that fact. And again requested the return on my $200. I can provide pictures of the two names and the texts upon request The caller ID either says *** *** ***** ** ******** *** ******** ********, but the number is always the same. And in their voicemails they give a first name but do not include the business name
