Previous experience with Mark, at Jack Harrison Heating & Air Conditioning, having had a new furnace and 'A' coil installed with excellent results. Recently had a dangerous electrical problem, response was prompt and repair made at a reasonable cost.

We have used Jack H******* Heating & AC for a few years and there whole team has been great to work with. They are knowledgeable, respectful (personally and of your space with keeping everything clean), they have done their best to keep everything affordable and have solved many issues made/created by other companies we have used in the past. Everything was great! Had new HVAC system installed. Was kept informed of every step along the way and the employees were on time. Everyone was very courteous, professional and pleasant. I recently had Mark, with Jack Harrison Heating & Air Conditioning, help me out, and I have to say, it was a great experience. Mark really knows his stuff and tackled all my HVAC concerns like a pro. What impressed me the most was how professional Mark was from start to finish. He showed up on time, respected my property, and explained the HVAC issues in a way that made sense to me. I felt well-informed and confident in the solutions he suggested. Mark's attention to detail was evident in his work. Very professional, great communication, able to talk and explain things of what is working and what needs fixed. **** and the entire team is very easy to work with, from scheduling to them showing up to do the work.
