    I issued an order on June 25th for over $300 for holster shorts. I got an email that my order was confirmed and nothing since. I was charged but it is now SEPTEMBER and I haven't heard a word back. There is no phone number available and the company virtually doesn't exist. I emailed them to the support email they have posted online and haven't heard back either. Basically, the company conned $300 from me + $150 for shipping.

    I ordered a holster on 3/19/24 after receiving an email that it was finally back in stock. My card was charged almost immediately, and I waited. And waited. The holster is once again listed as out of stock and yet my order remains “paid but unfulfilled”. The company has no online support number, instead only giving the support@deneadams email address. I have emailed on 4/18, 6/4, and I have tried reaching out on social media and via messenger, but either receive no response or an automated response telling me to reach out to support@deneadams. After 2.5 months, I want my money refunded, as I cannot continue to wait for the product they sold me even though they clearly didn’t have it to sell. I need a holster and if they don’t have it to deliver, I would like my money back to pay for an alternative.

    On February 25, 2024 I ordered 3 holsters from Dene Adam’s. On March 14, 2024 I received 1 of the holsters. On May 18th I received the under bra holster, however it is the wrong size. I still have not received the corset holster. The phone number in the email is not for this company. I have tried emailing them every day almost and now my emails are getting returned undelivered.

    Hello I would like to start by stating that I have order many products for myself and for others from this company with responses to emails with no issues until my last order. On March 14th 2024 I ordered two holsters one black and one in purple order #*****. When I placed the order for the purple one ($69.99) I provided customer support by email with the specks and in return I was provided with the information on what to order on their website. When the two holsters were received the black one was fine but the person informed me that the purple one wiggled around in the holster. I reached out to customer support and was informed that they told me the incorrect holster to order and provided with two return labels. I received two return labels and was unsure which on to use, so I reached out again and was informed that they were sorry and told me which label to use. On 3/28/24 & 3/29/24 I sent an email to support requesting and tracking number and update. On 03/29 24 I received an answer from support that stated that the tracking information was correct and that the package had been received and that I should received the correct purple holster the next week. To this day I have not received the corrected holster. Since then I have sent emails on 4/9, 4/12,4.19,4/25 all answered. I also left a message on their **** **** page 2 weeks ago with no response. On November 23rd 2030 (Order # 52909) I ordered a pair of black outer thighs holster concealed and carry shorts($99.00) which were out of stock. Through email communications it was agreed that I would wait until the came in. They shorts would be shipped with the free gift. I recently asked for an update which was included on one the update emails for the purple holster which I received no response to that either. I am requesting that the purple holster be delivered as promised and I'm requesting a refund for the concealed carry shorts.
