Veritas Global Protection and Red Shield Administration are conducting fraudulent practices. They sell a warranty and have no intention of paying out. They take customers’ money for auto protection but it takes weeks to get a response to a claim and then the response is “denied.” When asked to speak with someone, all they do is say there is no one else to talk to. My service department couldn’t get a response from anyone there and neither could I. When I asked about next steps for appealing a claim, they told me there aren’t any. They are a total scam ripping off customers. I didn’t even choose them, my auto financing company chose their plan for me. It want cheap, I paid $2900 for a plan that should have covered all mechanical failures, but they haven’t covered the ones my car needs.

I purchased a Red Shield protection plan when I bought my vehicle in 2019. Had a very costly issue with my car, and Red Shield promptly went to work on getting my vehicle repaired and back to me after submitting my service documents. They saved me thousands of dollars, and their customer service is great as well.

Purchasing a protection plan for my car was such an easy process when working with Red Shield. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and called back in less than 24 hours. Great company to work with.

Everything is done online. I broke down at night and alerted them with my smartphone then sat back to see just how long it would be before I received any kind of response. What a pleasant and honestly unexpected surprise I had when someone was dispatched to help me almost immediately.

Worst ever .. I took my car to 3 shops , they refused to work with this warranty company claiming that they play games and hard to approve repairs and at the same time they make you give up on following through by putting service centers on hold for very long hold times ... dirty games

SCAM ALERT !!! Sure they will show you a cool flier n explain everything to you while feeding people false promises of a warranty that actually covers something they say they cover would be crazy right.I have personally taken these liars to court over false advertising and misleading customers.DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people unless you wantbto just donate to.there acam.

I bought an extended warranty for my vehicle at the cost of *****. After three years of not using the warranty, I took it the vehicle to thel local dealership to have some work done. After the dealer looked at it and contacted red shield about the issues. The sent out a representative to review the issues. One issue being a wheel bearing hub that also damaged the spindle. They covered the wheel bearing but not the spindle or any of the diagnostic fee. Another issue was the awd unit was leaking oil, which is a sealed unit and parts are not able to be replaced individually. They didn't cover this or the diagnostic. So basically I paid ***** for a warranty that covers $500 dollars of the service fee leaving me to pay $3,000. I would have been better off not even buying the warranty. I would not buy a warranty from this company.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! I purchased a warranty for 6k in 2018 for a **** diesel. The fuel pump went out causing extensive damage to the fuel system costing 12k. They sent an adjuster out to look at my truck and he took a few photos. Initially they approved paying for a the fuel pump but not the entire fuel system. Well today they denied the claim because they said there was a blueish fluid on the fuel filter meaning that I put def in the gas tank. Well, the company that makes def is called Blue Def, but the fluid itself is clear. Under no circumstance will def turn blue. It may turn yellow if mixed with diesel or red if mixed with farm diesel but not blue. They denied this claim on a lie and a quick internet search by the adjuster would of told him that def is clear not blueish in color when mixed with diesel. Now I'm getting an attorney to go after them. Do not use this company, they should cease to exist after reading all these issues below!
