    I am rejecting this response because: by law, you need to provide the original contract that states I opened an account with you in 2023. Provide this documentation under Fair credit reporting act 611(5)A or else I will fully pursue litigation on this matter.

    I received a notification last month, Feb 2024, about a delinquent account . the notification was from ****** ****** I opened the notification and it was about an account with a 12 vault by Kendall Bank and such was opened on july 31 2022. Per credit karma site, this account is currently under ***** *services collection. After googling this 12 vault by kendall , it looks like that they are one of those personal online loans that deposit money into the checking account. I never applied or received anything from this 12 vault by kendall. never heard of them till last month. most definitely never had any type of funds disbursed into any of my bank accounts. I have the same accounts with wellsfargo for over 10 years. I never signed or seen anything from kendal, in addition I have never received a call to confirm anything back when this was taking place in 2022. I have attempted disputing this account with ********** yet they told me that I had to file a report with *****************, then call them back to give the report number. When I called back, the man told me that they do not take report numbers over the phone, and that I have to mail the report to a PO BOX. I have no faith in the **********, I feel like that they could be facilitating this fraud, because when I first spoke with them about this, they told me that they would investigate. Then their investigation, came back on Kendall Bank' favor. When I asked about proof, or documents that substantiate this so called transaction, they told me that they do not do that, but they contact the "so called " 12 vault by Kendal and someone told them that the account was legit. What kind of investigation takes someone word for it ? Where is the paper trail? the account number where the funds went to? How about the credit inquire? ********** had nothing to validate this robbery. PLEASE help me. I read in this site many complaints about this business doing this over and over. Something is very wrong.

    THIS FRAUDULENT DEBT STILL ACTIVE AND SHOWING IN MY CREDIT REPORT.

    In January 2022 my email was hacked, due to lack of proper security from this bank somebody got a loan processed under my name. I noticed it the day that it occurred and notified the bank which acted and did not deposit any funds. They even sent me a confirmation email from a rep named axel that funds were stopped on 1-7-22. They have sold the “debt” to ***** ******** *** in which have added a negative report on my credit. I just got notified on February 15 2024. I called Helix on March 06 2024 spoke to a supervisor name ***** who said I did not owe any money. But they could not help me, I need for them to remove this so called debt. Their lack of help and lacking safety protocols are deeply affecting me on my credit. Plaza services state I have to pay $3062.70 for a loan that was fraudulently processed by this negligent bank.

    This complaint is for ******* ****, I have no clue who they are until just now when I had to Google them because I was looking at my credit report and I have no idea why this bank that I've never heard of has sent me to collections from "a loan" back in December 2020. Apparently I took out $1,000 loan 3 years ago and never paid it so they sent me to collections. My initial complaint is why my credit report shows a negative from a bank I have never even heard of, for an apparent loan that I definitely wouldn't have needed back in December 2020, that I'm sure of because my mom had just unexpectedly died a few months prior leaving me her life insurance money so I didn't need a loan, on top of the fact that when I just called them to ask what's happening, I asked if I could maybe see whatever contract or promissory note or whatever their requirements are that I signed maybe it will jog my memory but not only could they not provide me with not even the online application that I must've signed up in order to receive the loan in question, not only did they say they don't have anything to show me and once she said that, she hung up on me. This JUST happened, I will call back again now, maybe it was a simple disconnect but that's the main complaint, is a bank I have never heard of os negatively affecting my credit report, and they're not providing me with any kind of substantial documentation any kind of signatures anything to help me figure out why I would have gotten a loan when I had just received my mom's life insurance money I didn't need a loan. So when I tried to call and figure it out the second I asked for proof or documentation of this loan they hung up on me. So now I'm going to try to call them back and if I don't get anywhere then I'm going to have to call the credit reporting bureaus and ask them politely if they will dispute or remove them from my credit report because well that's just illegal maybe not sure either way it's not right.

    They called me to tell me I was behind on payments, when I never opened or got a loan from them. So now my credit got hit for a fraudulent charge, for a loan I never applied or received. I will be filing a police report. Don't even know how this "company" is still open considering all the complaints it's received for fraud.

    I recently received a call from a collections agency regarding a Vault loan. This is a fraudulent loan that was taken out in 6/22/22 and is identity theft. The credit collectors state they cannot assist me and the loan has passed through a few collection agencies at this point. An $800 fraudulent loan that I knew nothing about, is now over $4000 in fees and charges. I cannot get anyone to assist me with this to have the fraud addressed. I have filed a police report.

    On 7/21/2021 a loan was approved from this bank however it was not me that requested the loan. I was contacted by a collections company and informed of the loan. I then contacted this bank directly and was transferred to the collection department. When reporting this information I was informed that there were no signatures captured doing the transaction as the person completed it online. I then told me that he could not provide with any further assistance because the loan was with the collections agency now. He then told me that the collections agency should have all the information I am wanting. I find it very interesting that this institution Completed and approved oh for someone that did not have the covert date of birth, address and no signature was recorded. Every loan or agreement/contract has a signature collected at the time below is approved this includes online banking. Now I have to go through the hassle of collecting my bank statements for the day the loan was completed to prove I didn’t receive any money, my credit report and lastly filing a police report with my local department. All of this is needed to be able to prove to the collection agency that this loan is not mine. The frustrating thing is that the financial institution did not provide due diligence to ensure that I was the person applying for a loan.

    I used my bank account to pay off my loan. I authorized a purchase in the amount of $******. The company charged me $******. When I called to explain that I was overcharged by $****** they stated that this was a “fee” for using a bank account instead of a loan. We were not made aware of this fee, nor shown the “policy” that states this extra fee. They didn’t disclose the fee during or after purchase. They took out more money than authorized. They can’t just take out more money than they said they would because now I didn’t have money to get through the week and it made me short on bills. I believe this is an illegal business practice. I would like the ****** refunded. I only authorized a charge for ******* and can only be charged that amount.

    I am rejecting this response because:I DID NOT authorize another charge on the 15th. Your bank held back processing it for a week and then charged the interest on it. We paid it on the 8th and that is when the interest should’ve stopped. I NEVER logged in an authorized a charge in that amount on the 15th.

    I’m being charged **** in my annual percentage rate making my loan impossible to pay off. I also didn’t know that’s an illegal interest rate to charge an Indiana resident. I believe being charged **** annual percentage rate’s an extenuating circumstance.

    I’m afraid I entered into a contract without the proper information given to me. The whole situation is quite confusing to me. I took out **** dollars with this company because I was pretty desperate to catch up on bills. I’ve payed back almost *****, and I don’t understand why when the payoff balance was about *****. I really can’t afford to keep paying the *** every 2 weeks or I will fall behind again with no way to catch up.
