My cat was put on a RX diet for kidney disease. The top recommendation was Hills RX K/D with tuna. I was able to buy a case of it. Since then, it is constantly "temporarily unavailable". After 3 months, I contacted Hills only to be told this is a temporary issue. A family member has been trying to get same food for over 9 months now. A temporary issue is a week or 2. Not 9 months and counting. This is a prescription food. I could not survive without my medication for a month. My pet shouldn't either. I have tried ordering different varieties of the K/D only to have same issue. Hill's doesn't care about the pets being euthanized because of their incompetence. I see on their website they are getting "updated labeling" for RX line. Just get back to actually manufacturing the food our pets need to survive.
