I have used Dwayne’s (Meridian Pro) for years and they have always done a great job, however since 2021-2022 something changed. I ordered 2) 5x7 prints in June and had to contact them twice before receiving them almost 4 weeks later. In the past this was a 4-5 day turn around due to our proximity to their lab. I placed an order for 2) 24x28 prints for a client on Sept 8, 2024 as of October 5, I have yet to hear from Dwaynes despite me contacting them twice. In the last attempt I mentioned perusing a refund. I have a business with clients who depend on me therefore my photo lab must also be dependable and responsive to my concerns. My customer has paid for these and I have paid for these yet we have no prints or even an email from customer service. Please don’t be fooled by their website, At this point I can say they must be a scam because I have paid, I have no prints and they are not responding. Beware!!!Review from Donna T

Over 13 years of being a loyal customer… no phone calls or emails in regards to machines down- issues with printing magnets and buttons (pin back). Customer service not only was extremely rude, but also HUNG UP on me!!
