First off, the company used deceptive practices to get me in the store. Once I got there everything we discussed over the phone had changed. All I got from that was an apology. I don't know why I came back considering they used deceptive practices the last time such as, running my credit a bunch of times, got me approved for a vehicle, signed paperwork and drove off with my car, then got a call the next day saying I wasn't approved and tried to get me to agree with another finance company for a Much HIGHER monthly rate which I refused. This time they ran my credit without my permission based off of info from my last application. When I inquired about it they said no one ran my credit ,yet I was getting notified by all credit monitoring apps on my phone. All I got from *****, the person who ran my credit illegally, was an apology staying he assumed I wanted to move forward and he jumped the gun.

I was working with a salesman to trade in my vehicle and purchase another one. He ran some numbers and presented them to me. I advised the salesman that unless he can get the number from 32000 to 28000, I was not interested. He called me and said that they would be able to get close to that and to come in and have my credit ran to proceed. I asked for the new numbers and he stated he did not have them until I ran my credit. I stated I did not want my credit ran unless he could get me to the 28000 range. He again said they would get close to that range. I agreed to have my credit ran by one credit agency and that did not work out so I agreed to have 2 more ran. They proceeded to run my credit a total of 6 places and ran the loan amount for the 32000 not the 28000.

Here is the response from the finance manager:

We ran her credit to establish a score and then sent the application to 5 lenders(Truity Credit Union, Wells Fargo, PNC Bank, Capital One, and Ally). The first 3 lenders declined any offers of credit and the latter two had approvals would have had a payment above $650/month and customer did not want to go over $500/month.  The application was sent for $26,049 amt financed, see credit application attached.

They are more than welcome to contact the General Manager ***** ******* to discuss.
