I was never notified that i was overdrawn on my checking debit card and was charged $28.00 as per their policy that would cover the overdraft. However they charged me not just for the overdrawn but for repeated auto pays that came in faster than i could add funs so in 1.2 weeks I was charged $28.00 X 5 and when i made deposits in 24 hours to compensate was told each time yhat tjeir AI had already recorded the autopays though still pending to those receiving the money in autopay and speaking to a manager their was no refund on 4 of the $28.00. Further, they sent me in the mail to apply for a car loan and when i went their in person to speak to the individual who sent the mail they would not speak to me in person and stayed in their office as per their policy. Then after weeks of assuring me i qualified verbally and i proceeded with their process it was denied after being mislead both by the mailing and the person who sent it speaking to me only on the phone and refusing to meet with me in person. They keep charging me overdraft fees over a few dollars and this last night they charged me it was for a $14 gym membership bill and they took it out of my account then credited my credit and charged me an overdraft fee. Most banks give you until the next day and give you a $50 leeway before they charge you a fee. Envista charges you a fee right away no matter the amount. I was going to keep this bank because I have my car loan through here but I am switching to a bank that doesn’t take your money for having not money. I also keep all my money in my savings in case someone steels my card or my card info and I transfer money as needed into my checking and sometime I miscalculate or forget about a transaction that hasn’t been posted yet. They also do not take most transactions out of your account right away. It takes days even with card transactions.
