    Avoid Eagle Rock Apartments at All Costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is an absolute nightmare. Maintenance requests take forever to be addressed—good luck getting anything fixed in a reasonable time frame. They also charge ridiculous fees for things that make absolutely no sense, and don’t expect to get your security deposit back, no matter how spotless you leave the place. Oh, and if you park outside? Beware! The outdoor parking stall is literally falling apart and damaging cars. Management doesn’t seem to care, and you’ll probably be the one stuck paying for the damage. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Worst rental experience ever!

    Resident here. Walked into apartment and a work order was complete but no notice on a portal that the issue was resolved and maintenance did not let us know they were in the apartment. We were scared at first that our apartment was broken into…

    To Eaglerock apartment village, Wichita, KS. My apartment has been water leaking issue since Friday. I was not at home the week, so I do not know when it began. I assumed whole my apartment got water except living room. I arrived home after 9 pm. The outside door was not locked and there were six vendors are working and still working because carpets are wet, definitely needs to be changed and my bed/couch and clothes are damp/wet. I could not stay at home, and I felt not safe and the environment was not healthy. the machines are working, the house smell bad and when I called emergency maintenance no one answered. Another day, I went office to ask what happened and what we will do/ The manager was not there on Saturday and they said, I can stay example house until the problem is fixed. However I could not stay there whole time because I need internet. I stayed over the weekend. I came back on Monday to talk with manager. My point was only to discuss what happened there and something to make me relief at least. However even though manager was in the room.The staff said she cannot speak with me because she has conference call. I totally respect people time and work schedule. However when I came back and emailed two times to make appointments. She only responded my email around 5 pm, still we did not speak face to face. So, if a resident has urgent issue in the complex, what type of other situation can be happened there. Any way, I emailed manager to explain my concern about mold issue, electric bill, staying in the hotel and work schedule etc. the situation cost on my money, time and energy. However still I do not have any one to say something to me about my concern. Why I paid every month 1,150$ over there if I do not feel safe and not receive the service. Who will take care of the residence in the complex and answer the questions? I hope the company takes responsibility to cover expenses and I hope this is only bad luck and they will assist about my concerns.

    Color Brite Carpet Cleaning came out the day of the incident and extracted water and microban applied from the apartment on 6/9/2023. Resident was notified of the incident at hand as they were out of town, so they were aware of the incident that had occurred. Management Staff moved any items out of the closet to avoid any further damage. Resident was offered the model to use as long as needed when she returned to town and came to the office on Saturday to pick up the key. Resident returned the model key Monday and stated they were unable to use the model due to having to have Wi-Fi for work. Resident stated they would be staying in a hotel. Carpet and pad were scheduled to be replaced on 6/14/2023 as scheduled with the resident but their items needed to be removed from the bedroom in order to execute the replacement. Resident did not answer by phone or email until later due to working, so the carpet and pad was not able to be replaced on that date. Manager was not available to speak with resident when they came to the office due to conference call. Manager responded to resident's email about their concerns but no timeframes for repairs could be given other than the vendors coming out to extract any remaining water and microban to avoid the growth of mold along with the carpet replacement scheduling.

    Resident requested to move out in 5 days which would be the 20th, and to not complete the carpet and pad replacement in the bedrooms until completely moved out.
