On July 10,2023 I contacted the patient to let her know she had credit on the account. Patient asked that I leave credit on the account for future treatment needed. Patient came to our office on 08/23/2023 for her cleaning, treatment was diagnosed at that time. Patient checked out at front desk and while going over treatment diagnosed patient asked us if she could pay in advance for treatment. Patient paid in cash. Shortly after patient left our office she called back and said she thought she was lied to by the Doctor and was going to a new dentist and wanted her money back. My staff told her she could come get the cash she had paid that day or I would cut her a check after insurance paid for the visit she had that day. Patient called back next day talked to another staff member then also called back and talked to me two more times that day, I also told her she could come get her cash she paid the day before or I would write a check after insurance paid us. Patient started at that point being even more verbally outraged and starting blasting social media (******** * ******). Patient called back the following Monday threatening to turn me in if I did not give her her money asap, I assured her as soon as insurance paid I would and at that point I had put the cash in the bank since she did not come get. Patient called that Tuesday same thing threatened me by going to BBB and social media which she did both. On August 29, 2023 I was able to see that her insurance company had issued us a check and the amount she would owe for that visit, although obviously I had not received yet, I wrote her a check and mailed it to her the exact same day I could view on the insurance website. I have a copy of the check the envelope postmarked with date and I do not show the check has cleared our bank at this point. Patient has been paid and has been inactivated and released from our practice per her request.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: Reflection Ridge Dental lied to me.. The y told told me me i owe them $180.00. I paid them $180.00 on the 23erd of august of 2023. Reflection Ridge dental said it took 3 or four weeks to find out how much my insurance was going to pay.  I go to ********** dental now  i have already been to this dental office 2 times now and they told exactly  how much i owed. Reflection Ridge dental never  called me on July 10th and said i had credit that was a lie i asked when i checked on the 23erd of august if i had any credit the lady said no so i paid 180 dollars to cover the exrays and the teeth cleaning. They lied lied to me about my teeth  this dentist quoted me a price on a partial.  thi i was not expecting to get a check for 428 dollars because when i checked out on  the 23erd of august of 2023 the lady said i had no credits on my account so i paid the $180.00 on the 23erd for my exrays and cleaning .   yes i made a video in my ******** to let people know that they were with holding my money
i also said this in a review on google  this company with holds customer money  and they lie
    Sincerely,
