Avio credit filed a court action on me which come to find out that they only have a 1-star rating and they have been out of business for 5 years. I have not received the paperwork pertaining to this case. With Avio credit being out of business therefore how can they file a litigation on me when they are out of business. How do I repay and what terms do I have to repay when their closed. I have a pending surgery with a upcoming heart catheterization scheduled at Mayo clinic in Rochester, MN at Saint Mary's Hospital on Friday October 27th with possible stents and surgery scheduled for November 6th. My heart doctor just prescribed nitro for my heart to prevent heart attack. I have a court date of November 15th and I do plan on attending to help settle this matter depending on my recovery from my scheduled surgery which is also scheduled at Mayo clinic at Saint Mary's hospital in Rochester, MN. This company is fraudulent, no one has been able to assist me and I have been calling 4 days in a row, 3 times each day to get assistance from customer relations to pay off my debt and no one is helping me! I have left countless voicemails, asked for supervisors, who are conveniently too busy to answer the phone and I am trying to pay my loan off! They scam people to accumulate interest and I feel hopeless in this situation.Review from Natalie Y

The companies APP should not ask for such personal info as your ROUTING, CHECKING ACCOUNT, AND DEBIT CARD NUMBERS UNLESS YOU ARE APPROVED. The message I received first said I was approved,.so therefore, I gave them information they did not need. I was mislead. Also, I called customer service.numerous times asking for the Corporate Number or Complaint Number. I was purposely given believe it or not a number to a.company not.even.affliated with them and the.same customer.service.numbers 3 times. The only thing explained was my.info.was no.in.jeopardy. This non disclosure about corporate and there whereabouts is unbelievable. I did find out they are in whitcita KANSAS, however, no.phone number listed. They don't care about there consumers or numbers would be readly.available. In the.beginning I only had a SUGGESTION their APP be changed to ask.for.more personal details after you.are.really approved for a loan, but now.my COMPLAINT is you do not have a way.for.complaints to be handled professionally. Ok. So, we had a house fire and we're having to pay workers to take care of things. I wanted to pay one contractor really quickly so that we could have him continue work. So, I decided to look into a short term loan. I started the process online with Avio Credit to locate a short term loan for $6500, which I could pay back within two weeks. What I found was, you are asked to fill in a lot of personal information before even having any idea what the terms of such a loan will be. These guys are modern day loan sharks. The fees were about a third of the loan amount and the interest rate on the loan was 198%. This information was in a link in the fine print at the end of the process in the disclosures. So, while most consumers assume they are getting a fair loan, what they are getting is financial trouble for sure. Don't do it! Ask whoever you owe money to for an extension and don't compound your problems by taking out what I view as an illegal loan. 198% interest is WICKED. This company should be ashamed of itself. I didn't take out the loan with them. They are trying to bleed you in your time of need.
