    My trash and recycling (alley service) was picked up promptly until the beginning of June. I cancelled service in July, and 4 months later, have disposed of the trash they did not remove and dumpsters are still sitting in my alley.

    They’re crooks, they sold our business to another company right after billing us for the next 3 months. I’ve disputed it on my credit card, and now they’re billing me again, through a third party. Do not do business with this company.

    They did not pick up my trash for the entire month of July—four whole weeks. Called their number and a message stated the office was closed and they only answer to emails, which also went unanswered. I have been emailing them practically every day advising that I’m canceling their services and to come pick up their trash bin, but no response. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

    I previously had trash service through Moran Trash Co. for the last 5 yrs, in February I was contacted by them and my account was picked up by Wheat State Disposal. I contacted them through their website to find out when my pick up days would be, or if they would remain the same as my trash had not been picked up consistently. On April 9th I emailed them and received no response except for the auto reply they use. On April 22nd I emailed again as they had missed more pick ups and I still had not had a reply. Then again on April 26yj,and again May 5th. Finally on May 6th I received an email from their office saying they showed my trash had been picked up and that my pick up days were on Fridays. My trash was actually still sitting by the cub and full when I arrived home. I emailed then again and they said they had credited my account and they had contacted the driver and would make it right. Currently my trash has been out by the curb for the last 11 days and it still has not been picked up. I understand they said they trouble with a truck and how that might have impacted service but it seems their drivers may be showing they picked up and really didn't? So far they saif they have credited me a month and really it should be 7 pickups now. Really doesn't do very much good to have a credit if I never actually get any service.

    Horrible company with lots of excuses. I have called, emailed, text, sent Facebook messages with no reply. There is never anyone at their office. This has been going on for 2 months. Our trash doesn't get picked up for weeks then animals get in it and it blows all over the neighbors yard. The only thing they do consistent it send the bill. I have been vary patient but this is at the point of just being ridiculous. They could at least answer a message. No communication what so ever! We can't even cancel our service because we can't ever get ahold of anyone. They have been so bad they made the local news for their bad service and not responding to anyone.

    I would not have given ANY stars if I could for this “business”. We requested service through email and never heard back however when I text their number they immediately responded with information on how to start up service. We text back and forth several times and things seemed fine to start up service. A lady even called me to confirm street address and my name on the account. They sent me a link to pay for three months upfront and the trash bin. The total was $91. I paid for that the very next day on January 30, 2024 received an email confirmation saying that I was paid up and should be receiving my bin by February 11, 2024. It is now February 14, 2024 and I have no bin at my house and they will not respond to emails, phone calls or text messages. Their 2 different phone numbers have full voicemails so I can’t even leave a message. I would like the Better Business Bureau to contact them so I can get a $91 refund. At this point. I do not want service through them because they are unreliable and have poor communication skills with their customers.
