    Ordered Sandals from this company in Kansas. Didn't realize that all their merchandise comes from China. Waited 25 days before contacting them requesting a refund. I have requested a refund 5-6 times over the last 15 days. Always the same answer -wait. It has now been 40 days and still they refuse to refund my money.

    On June 20, 2024, I paid $40.31 for a pair of sandals from the on-line company Anie TM. By July 16, I still had not received my order and when I checked the tracking number, my order could not be located. I emailed their support line and received a response that my order had been lost and that I would see my refund within 3-10 business days (correspondence attached). After that time had passed and no money had been refunded, I contacted them again and was told that their system was having trouble processing my refund and to please be patient (correspondence attached). I replied that my next letters would be to the BBB and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. That was over one week ago and I still have no refund so here I am.

    On June 16, 2024, my husband ordered orthopedic shoes size 11.5 extra wide for 38.99 plus 4.95 shipping. (Supposedly 60% off). These arrived the first week of July and though labeled 11.5 extra wide, they were actually about size 9 regular width. We emailed the customer service email address and the response was that since they sent what was ordered they couldn't accept a return or refund. After another set of emails regarding their incorrect sizing, they said 15% refund was the most they could do. So we are stuck with shoes that fit no one and are of poor quality with label on them that says FATION TRIP and a very minimal refund. This company has many different names and poor quality items. Hopefully word will get out, but they use so many different names and websites through Facebook and other social media that I can't even find them to review them on the sites. Please help spread the word to double check who you're buying from!!!! Thank you

    I ordered a pair of sandals on March 30,2024 and never received. I have emailed several times and got nowhere. I called them today and was given a tracking number. I searched for this tracking number and the message I received was "this number does not exist". This company is a total scam.

    The date of transaction was 4-15-24. I did not receive them until a week or so ago. The advertisement on ******** was for ********, QVC review, Orthopedic Sandals, made of premium leather. I ordered white and received cream, The top of the sandals looked to be adjustable because it showed a buckle, but it wasn't being too big for my foot. Premium leather, not any type of leather I have ever seen. This sandal looks like something I would buy at the ****** ****. I contacted them and they said they had to talk to the team. Emailed me with a 20% discount. I wanted to return. Then they came back with their "best offer" of 30% discount and said they do not take returns. Pictures were sent. Bottom line: false advertisement and cheap product. No labels on shoes - they are NOT ********!! I told them I would take 50% discount OR a full refund and they said 30% is the best they can do..

It wasn't until transaction went through that real company name was ************* Transaction with ****** came through as ********* ******* ******** I received a link to track my order - it said to wait 2 weeks. I contacted vendor via email who sent me a different tracking link - which has had order out for shipment for 3 weeks - nothing changes except the date. If this is going through **** as their website says, then I should be able to get a **** *tracking number, not their bogus website tracking system. Vendor is no longer responding to emails... Here is the last one from 3/26: Hi, Thank you for contacting us. We're sorry for this delay. - We would like to send you the tracking link: ********************************************   Don't worry if you don't see any movements in your tracking link. Sometimes the logistics company has not updated the status regularly but still delivers the package. Please be aware that delivery may take 20-25 business days and may take longer. Please wait some days to update the tracking link. Sincerely, **** ****** Customer Service Executive

    I paid $48.94 for a pair of mens shoes on 9/26/2023, size 12.5 via ******. Order number ****** I finally got the shoes and they were about a size 13.5+. I contacted them via email (the only method of contact) and they said they are the correct size according to their specs?? I wanted to exchange them for a smaller size if they run this large. They said that would give me a 10% refund and that was it. I have all email exchange correspondence if necessary. They hide their name very well on the website, however, ****** has the payment going to *** *** *** ***

    I gps'd the address...it a farm in Kansas in a Trust.??? That right there tells me this is a bogus company.
