August 29, 2017, I had Teegarden H.A.V. C., LLC to install a ***** Furnace in my home. March 25, 2022 another H.V.A.C . Company provided a service at my home and noticed that the Flu Pipe from the Trane furnace was not ran thru the wall to vent exhaust outside the home. Instead, it was installed with the flu pipe venting out into my basement. Praise God for this other vender and their sharp eye to identify this potential life threatening issue. For 5 years my family and I have been exposed to the possibility of carbon monoxide poising. Over the years, we have dismissed headaches and feelings of nausea as migraines, sinuses and stomach issues. I immediately contacted Teegarden and expressed my dismay regarding this issue of negligence. The call was made on a Friday afternoon and the receptionist set an appointment for a technician to come to the home on Monday. Despite the seriousness of this situation and my request for someone to come sooner, I was told that the technicians dont work on the weekends. Monday morning ***** came to the house, verified my concern about the Flu Pipe being left to vent inside the basement. He then implied that this assessment was likely inaccurate. ***** reluctantly confirmed that the Flu Pipe was in fact left to vent inside the home. He made call, while in the basement and expressed the need for someone to be sent out right away. A technician came out and drilled a hole in the foundation of my home and ran 2 PVC Exhaust outside. Upon inspection of the work, we noticed damage to the wall where the work was done. After a contentious conversation with (Ms. ***** a technician was sent back out to repair the wall. Through this whole stressful ordeal, which was discovered days after returning home from a major surgery, Teegarden remained very unbothered about their act of negligence or the unsafe position they put me and my family in for 5 whole years. No remorse, care or concern was demonstrated by this company at all.
