My family of 3 was dining at the Super China Buffet in Ashland, Ky between the hours of 5 and 5:30pm on June 5. We was seated at table 32 and the service was very unsatisfactory. The waitress seen that we needed drinks, stared right at us and instead of getting us she went to two other tables and bypassed us. Instead of getting us our refills and asked us how everything was, she gave us our check and asked us to leave. We got kicked out of the restaurant for absolutely no reason at all. I told my wife that I was going to talk to a manager and I approached the front of the house, asked for a manager and the guy said that there wasn’t one and wasn’t going to help us. I addressed the situation anyway and he didn’t have a clue on what to do. So he went and got the waitresses and started speaking in either ******** ** ******* and didn’t understand what they were saying. What puzzled me that there was no manager. They ended up taking $10 off of my order and still didn’t resolve the actions of the employee. I am requesting a refund of $41.58 to be returned to me plus additional for the employee’s actions. I am also requesting for the business to be investigated (books, employees, etc.) and if there is also a license for them to be in business since they speak little to no English whatsoever since he claimed that there was no management to address my concerns. Also requesting a ****** ********** ************* and results of that since some of the restaurant was not very clean. This employee was also very rude to other customers during our visit. Also requesting information on its management practices since he claimed that there wasn’t one.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:
When I receive the refund and certificates then I will accept the business response. As far as the employees go, there were two female waitresses there. One was soft spoken and one was very loud. The one that was very loud was rude. I’m sorry I didn’t get a name. She had been rude to other customers that evening too. A customer asked for a Diet Pepsi and she yelled out coke really loud to where the whole restaurant could hear. She walked right by knowing that we needed drinks and just handed us our bill and asked us to leave when we wasn’t done. She knew we needed drinks and went on to the next table. We shouldn’t have to ask for refills that is the job of the waitress. She is so loud that customers get embarrassed. Hopefully there is an investigation launched to where this never happens again.

Hello I was writing in regards to this complaint as you say it has been closed. Just letting you know I was lied to and the BBB has been lied to as well as there’s been nothing received by the business. This complaint was closed too soon.

    Thank you very much
