    January I never received my water bill. So I called a few days before it was due to find out I had a major water leak. The bill at that time was over 500.00 and they charged us a late fee which made it over 600.00 . We called our landlord had it fixed same day . We have them on our surveillance camera January 25th but not one person knocked left a note or called to let us know we had a bad water leak . We asked for payment arrangements they told us no because we did not have sewage. We borrowed money and pay some other bills in payments to pay that first bill. 2nd bill just came and it over 1,200 they work work with us and the guy we talked to yesterday said they knew we had that leak in December so they let it go and go until all this . I have called for help and either no one has funds right now due to covid or I dont qualify . I'm still paying off my Bill's from last month because of this water bill and now I found out my next couple bills will be high as well. I have * **** *** * **** I have to have water and I can not afford this . It was not my fault I asked them for help and nothing. I have reached out to a couple lawyers and the news . I dont feel the this new bill or the next bill from this leak I'm responsible for . When I had no idea and they knew and didnt tell us right away for us to fix it . They should be responsible for this bill and the next bill. I done paid over 600.00 for something that was not my fault when they knew and could of told us way sooner .
