    ****** * ***** **** / Abe Services was secured to install a new heating and cooling unit at our residence at *** ***** ****** ******** ** *****. The unit and the installation costs were billed by Abe Services and paid through a special program through TVA, There is a warning on the thermostat panel that a thermistor is malfunctioning. Even though the unit is functioning well, of course we are concerned that this issue will affect the performance of the unit, and of course we're nervous because the unit was just installed at the end of July. I've reached out by phone, e-mail and U.S. Mail several times and there is either a non-committed response or no response at all. The warranty I was given is issued by ABE Services on behalf of ****** * the manufacturer of the unit. I've even reached out to *****, and the incredible response I got was that the sales agent / installer Abe Services had responsibility. ***** offered no help whatsoever.

    Abe Service Company would like to apologize for any confusion. We have reached out to the customer and this matter has been fully resolved. We were unaware the customer had these concerns. The customer reached out to inform us the system was running perfectly but there was a prompt reading on the thermostat. We ordered a sensor to remedy the thermostat reading. The sensor was on back order. Until receiving this notice, we were unaware the customer had made any attempts to reach our company via phone, email or mail to express concern. We have already reached out to the customer and this matter has been fully resolved. We have remedied the prompt on the thermostat. The efficiency and performance of the HVAC equipment were never affected. Again we apologize for any confusion.
