My wife and I bought a used 2020 Slingshot SL in February 2024. The first 2 months that we had it it was only in our possession for 2 weeks. It had some kind of sensor/switch problem. The same day they delivered back home the first time we took it for a test drive. Couldn't even make it across town. Would not move and had to get a tow home. They come picked it up again ,kept it for nearly 3 weeks and finally delivered back home saying it was fixed. After waiting for a warm day we took it out and had one good ride. The next couple of days took it out and same issue has happened again. We just want it fixed so we can enjoy it!

We worked with the customer to repair their used unit on several occasions to address the issues the customer was having with the used unit they purchased from us.

Ultimately, we were able sale the customer on a new Slingshot and take back their used unit in on trade.

We believe that this was able to solve the customer's issue to their satisfaction.

They are lying 100% The service manager ***** shook my hand and looked me in the eye and said I don't have to pay the labor at all. I went and told all my friends and family when it happened. They also in front of there mechanic, ***** and him and a third witness (unknown) said they adjusted my bike the air gas flow ratio provided by the specks Kawasaki gave them. My engine blew after this. They tolde they Adjusted it and how they did it. I never knew what leaned meant on a motorcycle until I heard them explain it. They are lying. No one in upper management knew about my bike until I had walked into a different managers office and.said who I was and my bike KLX 300. The owner got involved convinced ***** to charge me labor. This is what happened. He will have to swear in court on a Bible to GOD he shook my hand and said I don't pay. I will call the whole shop as witnesses. They are lying. They blew my engine. It has 3,000 miles on it and been serviced and giving  green light. Fresh oil was put in it and a spark plug that melted. Why did I never have problems before with my bike at the 600 mile service ?? Why. That bike was brand new. They put my engine in a card board box and rolled it out to me the bike and kicked me off the property. Your LYING big country. You blew my.engine. See you in court.

Final thoughts are that we are never satisfied with a customer that is not happy with their experience with Big Country Powersports.  I know the outcome is not what *** ****** was looking for to get his motorcycle repaired.  Big Country Powersports has tried to exhaust all avenues to repair the motorcycle for *** ******.  Unfortunately, some things can be outside the control of both parties. We will always take this feedback from any of our customers and strive to improve our processes, communication, and overall business practices.  I thank *** ****** for communicating to us what his concerns have been and will work to improve.

Big country is talking around a problem they say they strive to fix but offers nonreason on to fix my bike. They lied to my face and there manager swore to me by a hand shake they would fix my bike for free. The owner and *****'s boss had no clue my bike was blown engine when I walked into his office. Why did any one not call me besides the floor Manager. To discuss my bike being blown.

Not one call from a higher manager. Why did they have the bike for two months? Longer.  I do not trust the integrity of Big country or their staff to safely work on my bike. 100% Proven facts evidence of all this occuring of them stating I do not pay. I have. I need to take my bike to another dealer not associated with big country after Kawasaki gives me the parts to fix my bike and big country pick up the Bill 100% Or I will see you in court.
