    Chasing this company to correct their errors, really hard to do especially after they cash the check. Still waiting! No consideration for my personal property. Dealing with the owners is most difficult. They only want to place the blame elsewhere.

    Ms. W*** - this is ridiculous. You have a warranty and we stand behind it. If you are experiencing issues the BBB cannot help you. Calling our office can. Texting the owners after hours is not the appropriate course of action. Continuously texting the owners personal cell phones after 9:00 and on weekends is not appropriate. If you feel that we are so difficult to deal with please do not contact us directly. Last night at 9:50 we responded to your request and threat of legal action telling you AGAIN that we are happy to come back out to your property to correct any issues you feel you are having. But....instead of allowing us to honor our warranty, you prefer to bash us now for the FOURTH time on this forum and several times in other forums. You want your siding fixed - we are happy to do that. You want to berate us at all hours...that is your legal right, but you know full well it isn't morally right. Your claims that you have had to "chase us" after we "cashed the check" are ridiculous. Feel free to call our office during business hours and we will schedule a crew.

    Poor service! Severely hard to get them back to fix the The siding that was installed improperly that bubbled up so bad our neighbors were making remarks. It looked that bad. After we requested them to fix it over three times the owner of Cervices said it was a manufacture default in their product!!! Then the manufacturer was contacted, the appointments was made at my house. The gentleman from the manufacturer of the product said they installed all siding incorrectly. Everything has to been torn down and replaced.

    Ms. W*** - this is the third place in 24 hours that you have spewed this falsehood. We made mistakes, we actually stood by our warranty and have addressed every single issue of yours. You have accused us of being verbally abusive. You have accused us of "destroying" your property. In no way is any of that true. I have date and time stamped photos of the condition of your home as we left it after our installation . Your claims are baseless. We are a company that believes that integrity matters and we welcome anyone who wants to research our company to do exactly that. Read the reviews of the many happy customers that have worked with us over the years. Clearly you are not one, and we deeply regret that your experience has not been pleasant.

    We had a wonderful experience with the Cervices. They were very educational and handled all the insurance company headache for us. We had a limb that had damaged our roof and Raccoons were getting in our attic. To look at the roof it did not seem to have any issues but underneath on the decking there were multiple entry points. They did such a great job with the roof we decided to increase our gutters from 5 inch to 6 inch and add gutter guards.

    Pam W. Cervices repaired my old roof 02-18-22 @ cost $750. Came with a 1 yr. warranty. (Leak in bedroom.) Was told the entire roof did not need to be replaced. By Dec. it was leaking again. We contacted Cervices. This visit we were told entire roof needed replaced. This was completed Jan. 2023. We received no recompense for the $750. We were told that this was a different issues, even tho it was leaking IN THE EXACT SAME PLACE—-IN THE BEDROOM!!!Yesterday June 19, I developed a leak in the bathroom! Reached out to Cervices and they said they would send someone out that evening to at least put a tarp on. . Called back and said No, not able to do that. They would come today. 2 guys came around 10 am, and let me assure you they did not communicate well in English! 1 man came into house looked at leaking area and then, both went up on the roof for about 10 minutes, came down, and declared — it Fixed! I ask how and was told they used caulk. I have serious doubt that this “fix” is going to last !!! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A ROOFER, I SUGGEST YOU LOOK ANYWHERE EXCEPT ——-Cervices at 3075 Coral Ridge Road in Shepherdsville, Ky. The $9000 fee for a New Roof is proving to be hollow and WET comfort!! I will go forth wondering what horrifying footage awaits me, each time it rains!!!

    Pam W, My name is Dana Brown and I own Cervices Roofing. I hate to hear that you feel you have not had a good experience working with us. According to our records the first call in the organization came in on Monday evening at 3:42 pm to a salesperson who was unable to call you back until 4:56 pm. In the meantime you had reached out to another salesperson in our organization expressing your displeasure. Our team immediately contacted crew members to respond, however given the hour and the fact that it had rained on and off much of the day on Monday we were not able to have anyone on site that same day. We had a crew on site that actually did fix your issue by 10:00 Tuesday morning, however. About 18 hours after we were first notified. There are no records whatsoever of calls to the office, and certainly no call to me. Not that you asked, but the actual leak was coming from a Broan vent that had been lifted - likely by one of the three major wind storms that have come through our area since January when your roof was replaced. (Wind damage is considered an Act of God and not covered by warranty, but we did not ask for or accept any payment) The fix, actually, was to remove the vent, reinstall with additional sealant and reseal nail heads. This allowed a true fix rather than installing a tarp which would have left additional damage of nails into your new roof. We have worked incredibly hard as a company to build a reputation built on trust and in my opinion this series of events is exactly what SHOULD happen during a call back. I stand by my team, our work, and our warranty, and will continue to do so. For the benefit of anyone else reading, our crew did inspect the interior of the home and took photos of water on a very small area of the popcorn ceiling and saw no discoloration or lasting damage but did offer at that time to touch up the area once it dried out. Actual area is roughly 1 square foot wet. It is our goal to ensure that every customer has a great experience and clearly you do not feel that we have reached that goal in this instance. You are welcome to your opinions and to share them in whatever form or fashion you wish, even blasting a 1 star review for a company that responded quickly with an actual solution to a problem that we did not create.
