    This is my second year with Nature's Way and I am completely satisfied. I was using a different lawn service years ago then switched a local lawn service that was excellent, however, the guy retired and recommended Nature's Way. I am very happy with the service and the affordability of Nature's way. **** *

    Nature's Way proceeded to invoice me for a lawn service for $76 for services that were not authorized on 2/21/2023 and then submitted the billing to a collection agency - ***** Inc who then sent me notices of past due amounts the lastest dated July 5, 2023, . The simple explanation for not paying this bill is that I did not request the lawn service that was rendered in the middle of winter on February 21, 2023. I did order 4 lawn care chemical applications starting in April 2022 and I prepaid for 4 services that were rendered starting on about April 21. 2022 when my credit card was charged for $290. I only requested 4 services that were paid for completely and they did this service. I did not request any renewal of the service and no one received any authorization. Consequently, I am not paying for a service that was rendered but not requested. If Natures Way wanted to extend the service they should have called and discussed plan and costs. This was not done. Their argument that on invoices they stated “ as a reminder - we are a continuous law care service, you must call or mail notice of cancellation” – is not my concurrence to additional services and in fact additional services that were not requested. I ordered 4 services and they were prepaid. I did not agree to “continual and additional services. In my opinion, this note is put on billings in bad faith attempting to continue service without customers authorization. All customers need to be aware of this improper billing procedure when contracting a service with Natures Way.

    Our prepay letter states in red "REMINDER: WE ARE A CONTINUOUS LAWN SERVICE "NONPAYMENT OF PREPAY DOES NOT CANCEL SERVICE". An invoice which is emailed to the customer after each application reads "REMINDER: WE ARE A CONTINUOUS LAWN CARE SERVICE. YOU MUST CALL OR MAIL NOTICE OF CANCELLATION.The Customer stated on on an email dated March 25, 2023 the following. "MY POLICY IS THAT I AM NOT PAYING FOR A SERVFICE THAT WAS NOT REQUESTED OR AGREED TO. I LIKE YOUR SERVICE AND WOULD LIKE TO CONTINUE FUTURE TREATMENTS ON THE **** FRAME MENTIONED IN YOUR 2023 PROPOSAL BUT I AM NOT PAYING FOR THE PRIOR SERVICE.We have made many attempts to collect for services provided. The customer is upset because we had to turn the past due invoice into collections.We make every attempt to advise the customer of our service and terms.
