If I was able to rate it 0 I would. I made a purchase and also bought a insurance as they recommended. I called to to follow up on my purchase I didn't receive. I ask how long it would take to file a claim the person was not able to give me any information as to processing time or the process it self. Mind you at this point I was upset tried to apologize but the lady proceeded to be rude and hanged up on me. Called back as to speak to someone who can help and said not to worry about that she receives all the email. Still at this point she would not identify herself. I took this personally and assume she was the one in charge and I would not get this resolve. I did get the money back after I made a police report. I just received a email from her husband stating that he is going to post all my information social media and is trying to imitated me. He is still harassing me on Facebook, instantgram, ect. So for all future customer be careful if something goes wrong this company will harass you just because you have a claim. Mind you that is why they recommend me to PURCHASE in the first place. Now that should have been a red flag it let me to believe they have issues. BUYERS BEWARE

Customer called and stated his package was stolen. He was then informed that a police report was needed to file an insurance claim for theft. We received the police report 7/3 while we were closed for the week. On Monday 7/8 at 7:20 am we submitted the insurance claim. Claim was approved and customer received a full refund 7/9 at 1:36 pm. Customer was not spoken to rudely and never asked to speak to anyone else. A name was not given as it was not needed for the issue at hand. Customer then called back two days after the refund to curse at us again.Review from Dewyne C

Ordered a harness for an LQ4 and 4L80 I installed into my 99 C1500. It was shipped quickly and packaged extremely well. As someone who knows nothing about wiring the install was simple, quick and painless. Everything works exactly as it should however the compliments i have heard on the harness itself are worth it. Also the price just cant be beat for the quality and craftmanship. Will be using BP harness only for all my future needs.BP Automotive, LLC Response

I have ordered from BP Automotive numerous times. I have ordered a Gen III engine harness, fuel pump relay harness, and multiple fan harnesses. Every item has been great quality and worked extremely well. Any questions have been answered promptly and professionally. I have also found that their directions and videos out YouTube to be very helpful. BP Automotive is the only company I plan on using for my next LS Swap.BP Automotive, LLC Response

I have purchased several of their LS swap harnesses for my build vehicles. The quality is unmatched and the product is better than any i have found. Everything is labeled, wire and plugs are all high quality American made. I wont ever use another harness. Had a question on the first harness i ever purchased and followed directions and sent an email to the customer support as the ask you to and recieved a quick and detailed response to my question. I purchased an item from this company only to find out that it wasn’t going to work. So I took it upon myself to return the product on my own dime. BP has acknowledged the receipt of the returned item but they are refusing to refund my money. I’m quite disappointed in the way they choose to do business.BP Automotive, LLC Response

This customer returned an item through EBAY. The customer then canceled the request, which tells EBAY, he never returned the item. Once the customer closed the request, EBAY WILL NOT let us refund him. Because of this we sent the item back, so he can have the product. EBAY controls this since they are the selling platform and the payment processor so they control the payments and refunds. There is not option for us to refund this customer. So we done the best thing we can do, made him whole by sending the item back to him. We have tried explaining this to the customer on multiple occasions!Review from Larry W

I choose this product because of their marketing claiming to have a superior product. The aftersale support is terrible. Yes my help tickets were answered promptly but not with detail or clarity just one or two word reply's. I dont recommend BP. If you have any issues during or after install you are basically on your own with poor tech support and customer service. One has to ask why you cant leave a google review for this business?BP Automotive, LLC Response

While we could reply with multiple sentences, if the answer to a question is one or two words, the answer is one or two words. While the answer may not be what someone was hoping for, if that is the answer adding more words does not change the answer, just makes for more time reading to get to the same result. I used BP Automotive for a wiring harness that I needed. Very professional and quick with their responses. I received my purchase within about one week. The harness was top quality and the service has been outstanding. I will definitely use BP for future projects that I will be working on. Thanks for your service and top notch products.
