On October 20th, 2022, our wedding party was scheduled to have rehearsal from what we thought was 7p to 8p in the loft.. After being told very condescendingly that we should refer to our contracts because we were in fact wrong! We did so and found that we had actually informed our wedding party of the incorrect time, as the rehearsal was actually from 6 to 7p. So when a representative from the venue called my mother, not me or my husband and relayed the message, we reached out and I apologized EMPHATICALLY to a guy by the name of David Z****** who was said to be our "Day of" wedding coordinator. Upon arriving at the venue, he met us with nothing but ATTITUDE AND DISGUST!!! He was very EVASIVE and made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. He never introduced himself to ANYONE and he came in the loft and just stared at us as we scrambled to figure out how we'd come in for the ceremony. After my mother asked if something was wrong? He said to her "I'm just waiting for you all to finish up so I can do what I'm here for" To add insult to injury he came to the bridal suite that we were in simply taking pics in and told us we had to get out because we did not pay to be in there and that there was also another bridal party that had that room, that was a LIE!! He also yelled at me the "Bride" just minutes before me walking down the aisle upsetting me so bad that my 1st 7 to 10 pics were ruined. He told me that because my DJ wasn't present at the wedding venue to play the music that I just "created yet another job" for him to do. I was so APPALLED! My fiance and I spent $7600.00 on this venue for our special day. It's like our money was collected and then the ball was completely dropped. We were made to feel as if we were NOTHING! As the bride this put a huge damper on my wedding day. The Madison portrays itself to be a high class venue with above average accommodations but my day was ruined single handedly by 1 individual and for that I wouldn't recommend them.
