This company did and amazing job on my driveway and sidewalk, I couldn't be more pleased. He went with me over the job step by step and if I had any questions he was right there to answer them.

Unlike the past person's review he did finish our work but I would never use him again or never refer him to anyone for his services. The concrete work that was done looks good but any work related to the project that isn't concrete is all questionable at best. He resurfaced the side steps on our house, repoured a patio and small section of sidewalk. To resurface the side steps they removed an aluminum railing on the porch and we were told it would look fine. That is not the case, it now looks like it was disassembled and reassembled by someone who had never done work on railings. There were screws missing, posts that were originally secured to the concrete with 4 bolts only had 1 to 3 holding them in and they were not even tightened to the steps. Not 1 post ended up with 4 bolts securing it in. We ended up spending $350 for parts and paint to repair the damage to the railing as best as possible not to mention the days spent repairing the mess. Concrete splatter was left on the rails and all over the front of a shed the patio they repoured butted up against. He originally quoted the steps portion of the job as stamped and about a month later told us that stamping wouldn't work and it needed to be overlayed with concrete. This raised the price of the job and he said the price went up because we changed the job. He stated it as such on the repriced invoice. I felt like the price went up because he poorly estimated what needed to be done in the first place. His original estimate/invoice called for 3 payments, one at the beginning, one when concrete was poured and a final when the job was complete. After the reinvoicing when the job changed he wanted 4 payments which we agreed to. We wrote 5 checks to him and 2 to the concrete company the 2 times concrete was delivered, a total of 7. I would not refer him because of the poor workmanship on things mentioned above and because of poor estimating and poor business practices.

Mark R***** scammed us out of over $11k and didnt ever actually pour concrete. We have a lawsuit and the information can be found on the ****** county records. He has done this to many people and takes their money and leaves them high and dry. Do not use him! He is also not licensed or insured as he claims.
