I went to Dental Implants General and Sedation Dentistry in Crescent Springs Ky for acute dental pain. I was advised by the receptionist that I must be prequalified for financing prior to seeing a dentist, I obtained the prequalification from their finance company and proceeded with the exam. No services outside of a general exam and x rays were performed that day. I was advised I needed a root canal and quoted 2883.00 for the service and set an appointment for the following week. On Monday we discovered the office was out of network for my insurance provider, I cancelled my appointment for later that week, opting to work with an in-network provider. The receptionist (Lisa) happily cancelled my appointment and said I was "all set." Several weeks later I was contacted by their finance company (******** ****t) and advised my payment was due for my loan of 2883.00. I immediately informed them it was a misunderstanding, that I did not obtain a loan and I did not use the services but made my payment as this was on my credit. I contacted the office and was given the Owner's number (Jay) and told I would get my money back but in Lisa's words "it would not be easy." I contacted Jay via text and explained. After a few days Jay advised that he was having cash flow issues and asked to repay me in payments, Jay would go days/weeks without responding. Eventually I worked with the finance company to prove this was fraudulently charged, and after 2 months of making payments and hours on the phone they Zero'd my account out and will be fighting with the business to recover their money. Reviews show they have done this several times. Please use another business, their practices are unethical, and the owner is clearly using patients' credit to finance his needs. I have all of the receipts and texts to prove this.

DO NOT PAY THEM CASH ! I initially went into the office needing my wisdom teeth removed. Before I could scheduled the appointment to get my teeth removed , I was told I had to pay 2,300 dollars first. So I did on april 27th 2023. They scheduled me for may 19th 2023. They called may 18th 2023 to cancel and reschedule. (Mind you I have to schedule days off of work for this.)We scheduled for june 24th . I showed up and the office was closed! I scheduled 6 days off of work for these appointments. So I took my time elsewhere and got the procedure done . They have not provided any services and have given me the run around about my refund. I will be taking legal action by the end of the month. I called my insurance company and reported it. Hopefully they stop sending customers

Every staff member was extremely helpful,from the front desk, billing, assistants,lab,Dentist and the owner all of them I'm extremely pleased with. 5 star rating

I went there because I was told a cheaper, much cheaper price than they charged me. They talked me into a crown that the dentist didn't do and was told they deducted $1,000 off the price for the implant with the crown included. The dentist didn't think I needed the crown so they took the deduction off the table because of this.The actual dentist was very good. It's the people that run the place. If you value your money go anywhere else.
