To summarize the attached file, the AAMCO located in Danville, KY at 1537 Hustonville Rd, Danville, KY 40422, completed a transmission rebuild on 03-24-2023, and since then I have had multiple issues with the quality of both maintenance performed and customer service. During the most recent issue *** ******* (the service advisor), stated that he wanted the van taken somewhere else, despite the van still having a warranty and lacking a proper inspection to determine if the issue qualifies for warranty work. A warranty that covers 18 months/18000 miles, starting from the invoice date of 03-24-2023 and ending on 09-24-2024 Since the initial rebuild on 03-24-2023, 2,413 miles have been added to the odometer, and since the second time the transmission was removed to correct improper installation, 213 miles have been added to the odometer. The recent issue is currently not resolved, but despite its outcome, I feel a complaint is justified and necessary.

I owned a 2010 Dodge Charger. I had taken out a policy that fixing any transmissions, batteries, alternator etc. The company I took the policy out with told me I could toll my car to Aamco in Danville, Ky to ve fixed. I asked several questions even though they had there toll truck pick it up at my house in Springfield. I get there and talk to *** the owner about my car and the place who I paid $220.00 to get it started off and they gave me a gold not telling me it was not going to work after *** trued to get me to lie to them and say I had certain amount of miles on my car and I wouldn't lie. *** told me to just leave it there at Aamco and wait awhile they would come around. I explained to him I am on disability. I live alone and this is my only transportation. *** guaranteed me that ge could get my car fixed for the transmission. So time went by and I would call him almost every other day or every three days about my car. *** said there acting difficult but I had several people who I have helped get there car fixed by them fir there transmission. I waited and I told him if they're not going to fix it then I need to save money up or borrow it to get my car back home and this was goi going to take me $235.00 which I didn't have or could afford after all my bills. So I finally sent a mechanic up there after awhile. The mechanic has fixed my car before on little minor things he knew my car was in good shape except for my transmission that had started acting up. I told the mechanic I had coverage if it went bad at anytime. They had tore my car all up underneath to wear it was dragging the ground and wouldn't come out of gear. *** told the mechanic my car only needed gas start. *** told me the rotators locked up after so long and want move but yet he drive it from place to place in his parking lot because he told me but kept on telli g several lies about my car. Then he had the nerve to say do you want to sell it because it's not any good now.
