    In January of 2024 I purchased a Ranger 1500 from them and ordered a snow plow with it. The plow was over $4000 and they said it would be in February the 15th. I called the end of February to check on it and they said it would be March 15th. I called march 15th and they said it would be April 15th. At that point I said I just wanted to cancel it and get a refund. They refused to give me a refund and said even if they could they would charge me a restocking fee (for an item they can't even get in). They said they would have the manager call me but that never happened so I just waited another month to see what happened. Now a month later today April 16th I called back and they said it looks like it will be May 15th. When I asked to speak to a manager of course they aren't there again. I understand they can't help when the plow comes in but they should offer a full refund if they can't get it and quit leading me on.

    We, at Marshall Powersports, would like to extend our sincere apologies for the miscommunication that led to the customer feeling misled. We understand that the delayed availability of a single part caused inconvenience to the customer. To make up for it, we have decided to refund the customer's order for the entire plow along with the labor charges. As the plow cannot operate without the back-ordered part, we believe this is the most appropriate course of action. We appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention and assure you that we have addressed the lack of communication with our team. We will also provide training to ensure that such issues do not arise in the future. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to the customer.
