            I placed an online order for pick up on June 14th, 2023 at 6:45pm. I went by to pick up my order at the requested pick up time and when I went in to get my food they told me they were out of roast beef. They stated that another store was bringing them some but it would take 45 mins before it would be there. At that point I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. The guy told me I would have to call the 1-800 number for them to refund it. I asked for the number and he wouldn't give it to me. I asked for the manager who was sitting in her office ignoring the whole situation and she wouldn't come out and said she was not dealing with it. I paid $56.13 for food I never received. I have contacted the 1-800 and they said that it would be 3 days for my money to be refunded and here it is 6/26/2023 and I still have not received my refund. I have been trying to call them back for 3 days now and get left on hold. I have not been able to get my issue resolved and told them that if it wasn't resolved that I would file a complaint with the BBB.
