    Date of incident 8/14/23 - when inspecting the car, employees didn’t inspect all the problems that was existing at the time they received the vehicle, -they didn’t replace the rear struts because the employee was negligent even though it was spoken to me that it needed done - I wanted the car completely looked over and inspected and fix and I was willing to pay it cause I needed it completely fixed -after picking up the car and paying $2800 the rear issue was still persisten, and the front wheel wobbled - come to find out after taking the car back employee didn’t tighten the wheel back on properly -they never replaced the rear struts on the invoice and left the front wheel loose from the bolts which is unsafe -refuse to give me managers number and want me to pay more money when they should of fixed it all the first go around when they verbally says they would -they was refusing to give me higher up contacts -treated me bad and didn’t want to resolve the problem at hand -didn’t want to understand me because of my accent

    I had the vehicle taken to car x in ******** ********, August 18th 2021. It went in for a water pump, a flush, and a thermostat. They then timed the engine wrong 3 times, bent the valve, engine failed. They replaces the engine. Then they said the transmission was bad, so we saved money and had it replaced. Still not working, same outcome after engine swap. They now have it at the dealership, the dealership said the transmission came from a junkyard, and informed that car x asked if they would put the old transmission back in, apparently it isn't bad. It's the pcm that is bad. The mechanic at the dealership said he doesn't know how I went in with a waterpump issue, and now it's pcm. He said he thinks car x is giving me the run around, and I believe this to be the case as well. Communication is very lacking, corporate said they cannot help me.
