Here I sit almost 2 weeks since my appointment with Airport Ford on January 9, for my 2023 F150 with only 6K miles. No follow-up, no calls, nothing. A complete disaster. The Local Team I've been working with John, Ed and now Guy are really good at lying to customers. I've been told numerous times, when I call for an update, again, no follow up from this team, I'd be embarrassed if I did my job so poorly, this team lacks the ability to follow-up, I'm beginning to see this is a Ford thing though, no customer service or focus. Lies range from, a foreman is looking at it, it's next to get looked at, we are waiting for the right person for the job to my favorite from Ed when inquiring about a loaner, Covid is the reason for no loaners, what? Obviously this team takes me and most customers as stupid people. I escalated to Ford, Jessica is attempting to assist me. However, I've responded to her email and left voice mails, her promise was a day for her to follow up, well it's been 2 days no follow up, a Ford thing no customer focus. I did speak with Joel this morning from Ford and he was able to get an update from Airport Ford, it's not the transmission but possibly the engine. Interesting, why didn't I receive a follow-up from the local Airport Ford Team? Because they lack customer focus, they are the face of Ford, it's comical. Now I'm down a car trying to juggle a family of 5, with after school activities, work, school for the kids, it's almost impossible. I've requested a loaner but apparently the Covid excuse is still viable at Airport Ford. I'm not asking for much customer service and a loaner so I can get on with my life. You work hard and purchase a vehicle that you feel is dependent and then this it's a lemon and so is Airport Ford service. Luckily, the Lemon Law in Kentucky is 30 days, I'm halfway there. I'm hoping this is the cae so I can walk away from Ford and Airport Ford.

I had my 2009 ****** towed to Airport Ford for a brake defect. Result was to replace both front brake lines and flush/ replace brake fluid. They wanted $875. I thought that was high so checked 2 other reputable businesses near by. 1st location wanted $310. 2nd location wanted $390. Call Airport Ford back and they did not change the price. They are not a fair business and not customer focused.

I have a 2020 **** Ecosport, I've had it less than 3 years. I bought it brand new. Recently the motor blew up in it, it's 3 years old. I should not be going through this. Airport Ford said " I sell the cars, I don't make them". I can get no where with this company. They told me it only blue books, for $9000. They want to charge $10,000 for a motor, this price doesn't include labor costs. I was told they would give me $2000 for it because " it wasnt their problem". See something wrong with this picture? I have to borrow a vehicle to get to and from work, because I am at a complete stand still. Is there any help I can get?
