            Transaction completed over the phone, paid with credit card, filed a dispute with the credit card as well. Transaction date 5/8/2023. Was told the 5x8 chicken coop with nesting boxes- screened in windows, man door and chicken door with ramp would be delivered in 7 business days at best. 5/16/2023 inquired about delivery status, was told weather was holding them out. SEVERAL unsuccessful phone attempts from multiple number until 06/01/2023 when I spoke with ***. He was going to look into the situation and contact me back within an hour. No word from *** until I called him back today 6/6/2023. I requested a refund for the trouble and headache, said he couldn't do that it would have to be a general manager but he couldn't provide me their information either. Amount charged $3164.10. No tracking information provided. Transaction done with ******** ***** at ** ** ***** ************* ** *****

            June 15th, 2022 Paid half for Cabin to be built to order $41,653.76, advised other half due at delivery. Build time 4 to 6 months, then advised done by 02/23. Contacted by owner ***** ******* approx. 02/23 wanting more money, he advised almost done, On 04/14/23 we went to Hubbard Cabins from FL. to inspect cabin. 2/3 complete. Not built to what we ordered. toilets not usable, no cabinets, doors or flooring and no loft in cabin which was paid for. Salesman Mills advised over $10k to fix it, to what we ordered. ***** stated he will not pay to fix it. We advised them to just return us our money. ***** stated he would return the money, when he sells the cabin. We advised the cabin is not in the condition to sell, due to unusable toilets installed and the cabin not being finished. We need our money returned. They continue to ignore our emails and texts. We have made every good faith effort to work with them. They appear not to have good in intentions.

            Company sold me a dog kennel it was to be financed I pd 361.00 down . OK they reported to the finance company it was delivered on the 23rd and were funded for the building .I have no building? They just keep making excuses over and over! They will avoid you and lie to you.Ive had 4 cancelled deliveries .I contacted State Police today as well to see about criminal charges so nobody else is scammed! Just want my money refunded I'm going a different direction
