Scammed, awful work done. Property damage. Stephen C******* Jason c*****.told me I would be happy with their work, they left nothing to be happy about. The roof was left in bad shape. Loose shingles, fake air vent no flashing in important places. Broken porch bannisters and steps, mail straight the bathroom ceiling. Broken glass. Left old roofing shakes under plywood. Was supposed to be taken down to the deck but wasn’t. When we caught them covering it up, we had a high argument and they took the shakes off the front of the house but not the back. Destroyed the gutters. Beat the trim all up with a hammer. Broke holes in the siding in several places. On several occasions they assured us that they would make everything right and we would be happy and pleased with their work. The roofers left on Friday evening and I called Mr. c******** representative and told him they as in Mr C****** and Jason c***** they need to come look at the roof, that I’m not happy at all. They never showed up, Saturday or Sunday no show no phone call or nothing. All morning till late afternoon, I contacted Jason and told him there would be a restraint order and a court complaint to get my money back. Filled a civil suit with the court to get my money back. No restraining order was filed. They have not contacted me to make this right. I’m 68 years old. I’m glad we could see the roof from the street. The house sits under the hill. So many people can’t see what they have done. Until they get paid and gone. Second floor and crippled people are being scammed by these people, someone needs to stop them. I got scammed by two people Stephen Collier and Jason crouch. At least that’s who they said they were.

While I appreciate any homeowner's right to leave a review with the BBB, I'm a disappointed this review has several inconsistencies with the facts. There was minor property damage to the exterior, however the homeowner has refused all offers of communication with us to arrange repair and/or compensation. We have not scammed this homeowner, as she has not paid the remaining balance of the completed contracted roof replacement. We are dedicated to customer service, but there are other prevailing issues with this transaction that have nothing to do with the roof. In fairness to all parties involved, we appreciate a timely resolution.
