  On Sunday 12/15/2024 my wife and I placed a on-line order at KFC at approximately 2:00pm. Order was submitted and pick-up time was 2:18pm. At 2:20pm my wife and I pulled to the order speaker and give them our name and on-line order number, we was advised to pull forward to the pickup window. We pulled forward to the pick-up window where we received drinks we had ordered, then was ask to pull forward and was advised they had a bad drive-thru time rating. I told them that I would wait (our food was sitting in a bag beside the register). //The past 3 times before this visit I have been ask to pull forward, my food gets delivered in a hurry, and my order has been wrong, therefore I have either had to go back around the drive-thru or go in and get my forgotten items.// The woman slammed the window in my face. Another woman came to the window and ask me to pull forward as I was holding up the drive-thru line (submitted a photo, not one person was there. Line was totally empty) and that there drive-thru time rating was bad. I informed her my food was sitting beside her, and that I preferred to just it be handed to me and if not, I ask to speak to the manager. Window was slammed in my face again, then a woman who said she was the manager by the name of //****** ******// opened the window and told me I was not welcome there and NEVER come back. I ask her once again to have my chicken or my money ($45.60) back. Window was slammed in my face again, then a fourth woman appeared and told me that Law Enforcement had been called that I needed to leave and go to the KFC app if I wanted a refund. So I sat there trying to get a refund on the app, you cannot get a refund in the app because the food was already marked as ready for pickup. Then the fourth woman came back to the window and said to "Leave!!! Never come back again!!! I've called the Police!!" I pulled to the side and police never showed up. All 4 women acted as if they were intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
