I brought two tires and two wheels with tires to have the tires replaced because the local big o that I normally use could not get me in to do the tire change. The guy behind the counter said it shouldn't be a problem but wasn't sure if the girl in the shop could change them. I plainly told the guy that if they were unable to do the job then don't try it. Fast forward 30 minutes, they (both him and her) have wheel number one in the floor, using pry tools and a sledge hammer to remove the tire from a $700+ painted alloy wheel and damaging the wheel beyond repair! Then proceeded to say that they weren't responsible for damages. After seeing that I was upset, the young lady pulled out her cell phone and began to record me carrying my damaged wheel, undamaged wheel and tires back to my car and refused to do anything at all to make this right!!

On January 18, 2023 I took my daughters vehicle in to have coolant worked performed. I was notified that it was ready to be picked up. I then took my daughter to pick up her car and after picking it up the next time I rode in it I could smell coolant. I told my daughter that she needed to ask them about that and she said that she was told it was normal. Well much to my surprise now it just keeps overheating and can not be driven. I have the invoices showing where we were charged for a new thermostat housing and well when I lifted the hood it is clear that it had not been replaced and it has chunks missing from it. I would like for the work to be performed again and properly done. At the same time I am requesting that your business cover the cost of car rental while the vehicle is being repaired properly.
